Came for a quiet, shaded, place to enjoy my food while still being outside. My order came very swiftly, and I tippedfor the promptness. Sat and ate. Area was serene and peaceful. Workers were very courteous to me and others.

My experience was very bad. I was there 7/20/25. The young lady barely let me talk during the ordering process. She was very rude. She kept cutting me off. I waited about 25 minutes for my food, just for it to be wrong when I finally got it. One of the servers ignored me when I tried to call her over to my car to inform her of the missing frys. I waited another 15 minutes for the frys, not to mention I had to remind them about it again. None of the Sonic servers apologized for the error. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I order the Garlic bacon burger often. The first few times it was great. Now? It's always hit or miss. This time no garlic butter, bacon burnt to a crisp and gobs of garlic mayo. Our foot long hot dog was well well done and like rubber. I think we'll be taking a break from this location for a bit.

The customer service absolutely needs improvement. The speed of bringing someone their order needs to improve as well. I use the app to order ahead, I’ll get there check in, be notified that someone is on the way and be waiting almost 8-10 minutes for that person to show up. They’ll wait to bring the order with the person that got there after me. They also don’t like to follow the ahead order receipt for condiments. I never have an issue at other locations.

On June 20th, while traveling and in Memphis, we stopped at this location. My daughter got a Sonic cheeseburger, and upon arriving to where we were staying to eat the burger noticed a metal wire piece in the burger. I have since participated in multiple online chats with Sonic customer service, called their customer service number and the location (no answer at the location). I’ve been assured by customer service reps that someone in upper management will call or email me. I’ve received neither and here we are 15 days later. If she had eaten that it would have caused her great harm. I’m beginning to think Sonic Corporation does not care about the potential harm and safety hazards they are posing to their guests.

I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! WAITED FOR 40 MINUTES FOR OUR DAMN FOOD AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN COME OUT WITH THE WHOLE ORDER! THEY FORGOG MY DAUGHTER'S MEAL AND EVEN AFTER THEY CAME OUT WITH THE MEAL, THEY FORGOT MY HUSBAND'S DRINK, THEY ALSO CAME BACK WITH THE WRONG DRINK AND ANOTHER PERSON CAME OUT WITH THE CORRECT DRINK. MY LID FOR MY DRINK LOOKED LIKE KT WAS POKED THROUGH AND WE LITERALLY HAD TO PRESS THE BUTTON LIKE 4 TIMES FOLLOWING UP WITH OUR ORDER. THEY COULDN'T GET THINGS TOGETHER NOR GET IT RIGHT! I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS HORRIBLE OF AN EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. We came at 4pm today June 22 and left at 4:56pm and we were at stall 7! I will never eat at this location again. 🤮
