So I go to sonic. I’m waiting for literally over 30 minutes. I got here at 6:40 and I’m still here at 7:34. He brings me my drinks and says nothing and goes back and and I pushed the button again and he tells me it’ll be out in a minute. Reminding you. He just brought me my drinks after 30 minutes. Then my drinks are getting hot and no food. I’ve been here. Literally an hour.

Took my son today. His favorite place. Over the last 6 months, this location has been exceptionally slow. Nice, but slow. I last went myself about 3 months ago, thinking it had changed. I was able to drop my son off, drive over to Churchs chicken place and get an order, and still came back to wait 10 minutes for him to get his order. And there was a line at churchs drive-thru. Q
These guys make the best slushes of anyone in the memphis area... But don't bring change to pay for it... The car hops prefer to not take any change.They want all dollar bills🙄

I spent $31.00 and the food that I got was half a**. They served us half done tots and onion rings and the top was not on my milkshake right so my shake dropped as I took it out the holder can not believe the sandwiches where the only thing that we had left to eat, really a waste of time.
This location used to take orders through the app. Now all of a sudden they have mobile ordering turned off. Can't take part in the multitude of offers ONLY able to redeem in the app. Called corporate and they don't care. And the number for this location is disconnected.

This is the worst sonic in the city. How are you not taking orders at 6pm?! How are you not open on. Sunday at 10 AM? Picking a choosing when to take online orders. Whoever owns this sonic miss a lot of business because of half stepping.
