Is this sonic permanently closing down? I was just here 3 days ago and when I came for ice today I saw the screens were out.

I ordered redbull slushie got tonic water paid for extra sauces didn't get them paid for bacon didn't get but I guess my food is hot kinda.

i saw the owner reply to a review so that's why i'm writing this. This sonic has had Horrible customer service for YEARS please send some help. I've had visits where i've waited 35 minutes on just DRINKS. I've had visits where they were out of a certain item and the car hop would come out and say oh we didn't have that so i just gave you this and walk away no is that okay with you? would you like a different sub or nothing just basically here take this!! I can go on about the horrible service at this sonic! Today i placed a order at 8:03 for just 1 iced coffee so by 8:17 i pressed the button asking was the ice coffee ready since it had been scanned for 10 minutes before she replied itll be right on out and then turned off the speaker before i could even respond and let her know i'd need to cancel because it's taking longer than expected and i have to get to work. The carhops attitudes are so horrible that i've stopped tipping on the app and only tip in cash if i'm satisfied with the service received. I worked at sonic before years ago my GM Cedric from covington pike would've never allowed our store to operate this way especially not for this long! it truly seems like the management just allow the car hops to just run the store.

The worst! Sat outside for 25 mins for a drink and pretzel stick. Had a mobile order. Drink came out watered down and nasty as hell. Their attitudes are just as nasty.

This is the worst sonic in Memphis we went up there today and ordered after taking our order and us waiting we rung them again and they said they were closed so you took our order while you were open and waited until you closed and never brought the order out.

The server was friendly, and my food was perfectly prepared. I haven't eaten Sonic in months because of a bad experience in Arkansas.

Would give no stars if i could. Workers are extremely hostile, unprofessional and rude. Was told I would get a refund for my order being incorrect and it’s 3 weeks later and my refund have yet to hit my card. Reached out to support just to receive no further help. Would NEVER spend my money with sonic again.
