Would give no stars if i could. Workers are extremely hostile, unprofessional and rude. Was told I would get a refund for my order being incorrect and it’s 3 weeks later and my refund have yet to hit my card. Reached out to support just to receive no further help. Would NEVER spend my money with sonic again.

Went to get lunch for me and a coworker and I got a #12 with a medium tatertot well done and a chilli cheese tots didn't get what I ordered sent it back fo a Manger lady to come out and say that she will bring me the regular well done tots instead I had 2 chilli cheese tots a waste of my money couldn't take it back had to go back to work

Very bad service I ordered almost 54$ worth of food for my kids and I burgers burned around the edges sandwiches very dry and cold how to you even over cook tator tots ??♀️the worst service ever took 45 minutes to get out food!!!!

If they had zero stars I’ll put zero I waited 20 min before they even came to the speaker then at 5pm today I order 5:30 came never got my order I only order 2 ice cream sundaes never got them and I had already paid for them I pulled off called them about it I was on hold then the phone hung up I won’t be back

Everything was just GHETTO!!! I paid for extra crispy tots with cheese. Only to get light skinned with dirt pepper flakes all over them smothered in sliced cheese! My ocean water was straight sprite!!! Then they got an attitude because I didn't want to pay 30¢ for sauce when I ordered the buffalo chicken bites!!! After that I just wanted a refund at this point please no service wanted here!!!

I go to Sonic for the Sweet Teas, I did try a burger once this year and I gave it a 3 because it didn't have any tomatoes or lettuce on it. You can't beat the Route 44 oz priced less than a $1.50 and I would love to have one of their toasted breakfast sandwiches.
Great staff, hot fresh food! I've personally never had a prob at this location. Please tip! Keep the great service going.

Very bad customer service, they didn't give me my mozzarella sticks so I asked them to please fix the order instead they thought I lied took my bag inside the building brought it back as if they was going to find them then brought the bag back and said I had to wait until they cook!

I had a craving for a hotdog got it & it had me in restroom cramping all night & next morning it passed thru me watering yes diarrhea but doing better now. The service was good though but I can't stomach that again
