I've been coming here for the past year & 1/2. I'm not sure what has happened with service and maintenance at this location. Half of the drive thru machine screens do not work, and the service is SO slow. On average recently it has taken at least 15 minutes, at most 45 to get a single Rt44 drink (before I cut my losses and leave). Servers are always nice when I interact with them but service speed is abysmal. I'm sure it's due to lack of employees based on the maintenance of the location itself

This is my absolute last time coming to this location for food. The grease taste old as well as the food. I ordered some tots today and they taste like they’ve been reheated in old grease. Probably the worst Sonic location for food and customer service.

We went to this location to get a chilli cheese dog conie and a pretzel with cheese mind you that they ring us up for the pretzel with cheese we where hoping for one until someone came out telling us that they ran out of them EVEN though they rung us up for some a worker told us that a refund should take 3 to 5 days or that we could order something that cost the same amount as the pretzel which we did. I was really hoping for that pretzel..

This location is very unpolished and unprofessional. Training needs to be revised and updated within management and crew. Their problem solving skills and de-escalation skills within the management team here is below poor. The food is never up to par, speed of service is poor, warm customer service is nonexistent. This location needs better employees all together. Do not spend your money at this location you will regret it.

Of all the Sonic locations I e been to this one is the worst!!!! The staff is rude and the food is horrible. If you use the app don’t go to this location because they claim they don’t have your order but they won’t refund your money even after showing them your order in the app.

Food quality was terrible and reminded me why I rarely eat fast food anymore. I worked at Sonic for a while, way back, and always thought they were one of the better fast food places to go to if you needed but not anymore

Food was excellent. The server after I paid him attempted to tell me he had no change. I was kinda taken back. After some exchange ans me asking g for the manager I got my change
I ordered a chicken Club toaster the number 12 I told her I did not want to drink I just want to ice she said I had to get a drink so I added another ice and then she charged me for a medium water which I did not ask for and I only got the cup of ice my tater tots look like it was cooked in nasty grease and a fake diamond fill out my sandwich I would never go back to that Sonic not even for the ice

Worst service ever food was terrible and cold took my family to get food party of 6 ppl burgers were cold tots overcooked and my tenders were hard!!! Sonic use to be the place to get the most delicious food it has gone doooooownn I didn't even get my extreme tots I order!!!! The only thing that was good was our cherry limeades!!!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!
