The WORST Sonic I have ever visited. Horrible service! I ordered 6 meals and I waited way too long to receive my food. To top it off I was missing items from my order. I let them know I was missing items and their customer service was very disappointing. They came out twice and still I was missing my drink. I ended up leaving cause it was not worth it. If you hate your job then don’t work at a fast food place.

Ordered my food online which was 2 orders of French toast sticks and a sausage breakfast burrito and each one item asked me to select my sauces I selected one syrup per item totaling 3 syrups, carhop only gave me 1 when I called and asked for my other two I was told that I can only have one per order, I advised I have at minimum two orders of French toast sticks and need more than one syrup to eat them with, I was only brought out 1 more. I showed carhop my receipt that shows 3 free syrups and I was told that they don’t honor all of the app and if it say free online don’t mean it’s free when I get there???? And that I’ll have to pay 30 cents per sauce!? Is this something new? Why would da app allow me to add something free then get told I have to pay additional to get it at the location?
Sent my son to get the ouster pounder a slush and order of fries the only things not over cooked and old is my slush …. I have tray T6 stall 21…. They just lost a customer

Didn’t bring a cup holder for 3 drinks ….. how am I supposed to carry 3 drinks . Why does a cup holder have to be requested ?
