Stop by on my way to my hair appointment and order a #17 and a large cranberry limeade with no ice. The guy who took my order could barely hear me because the speaker was not working and I could barely hear him. So we’re constantly repeating ourselves. Got my order and my cup was half filled. I was immediately irritated. That’s why I said no ice because they over fill your cup with ice and you barely have anything to drink. I didn’t even say anything I just drove off. That’s enough to make me not return. I frequently visit this location and this has never happened before. SMH Sonic management needs to teach their employees how to treat loyal customers. ?
