I visit this location, when I tell that the carhop Brianna was an excellent example of good quality exceptional customer service. I literally go to Sonic daily using mobile app. However I have never visited a Sonic and received the quality of customer service that I received from Brianna, I wish she could train all the employees at other locations. Customer service is everything and she did that. I wanted it to be known what a job well done.
I gave them 3 stars because it seems like they are always out of something, whether it's a flavor or condiment. I did enjoy the mobile service and receiving our order in a timely manner ☺️
How order Oreo cheesecake milkshake they asked me did I want whipped cream and a cherry said yes did I didn't get that on top and also the it wasn't a milkshake and it wasn't no cheesecake in it tastes like a regular cookies and cream ice
