Update-** 4 years later: service is still slow as ever. After ordering on the app. Argh. Exact same issue til this day! So yea my 2 stars went down to 1 star and I won’t come back to this location.
Food is decent. Customer service is ok. I just wish they were on track with the app... I order off the app but it’s never ready and I always have to push button to remind them.

Placed my order at 9:16 via mobile app didn't receive my order until 9:58 hit the red button 3 times inquiring about my order and was told it was still cooking I only order a small chicken bites for my daughter waited 42 mins and the only thing the carhop said when she delivered my order was the manager said he forgot.

This is absurd I’m here now trying to get whip cream on my drink and they said no. But why tho. The guy had a terrible attitude and I always get whip cream on my drink what is the problem? It’s astonishing! My 5 year old niece was in the car as well and he was screaming for whip cream in his drink. His request “maybe you should fire him”. He aldo wants to know what the manager is going to say. Actually my sister already had a terrible day and I’m here posting for her on FT with her durning ur employee rude interaction with them and I would like to know as well what will b done.

I'm currently sitting and waiting for a limeade, shake, and a blast. I've been siting here for 20 minutes and it's not busy. I called and asked where the order was and was told that it would be brought out whenever it's ready. There are three other cars here so there can't be a huge rush. Also, the food at this location is usually pretty bad
