This is absurd I’m here now trying to get whip cream on my drink and they said no. But why tho. The guy had a terrible attitude and I always get whip cream on my drink what is the problem? It’s astonishing! My 5 year old niece was in the car as well and he was screaming for whip cream in his drink. His request “maybe you should fire him”. He aldo wants to know what the manager is going to say. Actually my sister already had a terrible day and I’m here posting for her on FT with her durning ur employee rude interaction with them and I would like to know as well what will b done.

I'm currently sitting and waiting for a limeade, shake, and a blast. I've been siting here for 20 minutes and it's not busy. I called and asked where the order was and was told that it would be brought out whenever it's ready. There are three other cars here so there can't be a huge rush. Also, the food at this location is usually pretty bad

Burger was fantastic and they accommodated the changes in my order with no issues.
Food was cold, I ask for no cheese on my hamburger, it had cheese.

I wish it would let me add the picture but i wanted chili on a burger and they just touched the patty with a chili spoon. I have a tiny amount of chili sauce instead of chili

Waited 30 min for 2 slushies we never recieved. There were a few people bringing their food back as well
NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION I have visited a few times in the last month to pick up food for someone else. I personally don't eat their food because they don't have any healthy options. I'm never impressed with the customer service at Sonic (any location) or their ability to fill an order correctly.
This past visit, I was there with my hubby who wanted a burger. We pulled into the order stations that are not attached to the main building. When we pressed the button to order, we were asked to move to a lane attached to the building for "safety reasons." When I told the employee that there were no lanes open, she curtly instructed me to go through the drive-thru. We wanted to sit and talk while he ate, so going through the drive-thru was not why we came there.
I'm going to jump out on a limb here and conjecture that it's either not safe for me to be 20 feet from the building or the Sonic employees aren't able to safely cross the drive...either way, it's a deal breaker. My orders are filled incorrectly over half the time, customer service is occasional, service is slow, and the food is cheap and greasy...now half of the stalls are unusable due to safety reasons: Hard Pass.

Visiting this Sonic is always a hit or miss with food/drink quality and service, but today was horrible. I ordered (3) Cherry Vanilla Dr. Peppers with Lime added Vanilla Cream and cheddar peppers.. Please keep in mind I ordered this last week during happy hour and it was perfect. Today I had to pour it down the drain to not feel nauseous from how it looked and the cheddar peppers were overcooked. I always tip the carhops, but this one had the audacity to ask if I wanted my change owed back to me ( I allowed her to keep it, but wish I would've kept it after she didn't say thank you). I can't make this up and thought while I was pouring down the drain to share a photo. Sadly, this is why so many businesses are closing within the neighborhood after people stop settling/supporting.
