Visiting this Sonic is always a hit or miss with food/drink quality and service, but today was horrible. I ordered (3) Cherry Vanilla Dr. Peppers with Lime added Vanilla Cream and cheddar peppers.. Please keep in mind I ordered this last week during happy hour and it was perfect. Today I had to pour it down the drain to not feel nauseous from how it looked and the cheddar peppers were overcooked. I always tip the carhops, but this one had the audacity to ask if I wanted my change owed back to me ( I allowed her to keep it, but wish I would've kept it after she didn't say thank you). I can't make this up and thought while I was pouring down the drain to share a photo. Sadly, this is why so many businesses are closing within the neighborhood after people stop settling/supporting.

Always good! Check the food before you leave, just like any other fast food restaurant sometimes they get it wrong. But all in all this is the only Sonic in Memphis I will go to. Staff is always polite an food is always good!

Got the drinks . They were fine. Service at other sonics are better. Feel like a thank you or see ya next time would definitely improve sevice instead of a hand off with no communication. Parking lot was clean but stables are not easy to identify. Ordering board look like they could use a face lift or be cleaned .

There is no way it should take 20 minutes or more to get a cup of ice! This place always have me late and this is my last day coming. I’ll rather go to the one on summer and sycamore view. Then I tip but not today! I see carhops that can simple bring a cup to a car after taking hot food to someone else. One even walked out with just a receipt. I have done my time at sonic when I was younger and I carried 2 sometimes 3 orders out a time! Unacceptable!!

Very mid. Lots of young people working there with potential. There's no drive through window though, even though there's a drive through line. Exiting can be rough because of the driveway.
