We ordered our food and two or three cars that drove up after us got theirs before us. Their was no apology or any kind of explanation as to why they got their meals before ours simply because our food was cold.. all of it.

The worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. The service is terrible. This morning I ordered a BLT the bacon tasted like dog food. Awful carhop .. male. I have tried this place so many times it’s just awful. I give up on Sonic.

I ordered using the app so there would be no misunderstand of my order. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Two bacon cheeseburger combos with sweet tea. One of the burgers didn't have any condiments although it was supposed to have everything. The teas were unsweetened. Before we drove off, we took a sip of the drinks and discovered they were unsweet. It took several minutes for the attendant to answer after we pressed the order button and several additional minutes to have the sweet teas brought out. By the time we received the right drinks and got home (4 minute drive) our tots were cold. Our total was over $30 for two combo meals and an order of cheese sticks. The order was incorrect and and it took longer than 'fast food' should take. In my opinion, it wasn't good value for my money or time.
