This is the first time I have eaten at this restaurant, which my friend said they eaten there before and like the food that is the reason I went there to eat. The services were great, and so was the atmosphere, but the food was horrible . The four piece fish dinner I purchased had a totally different taste of it. It didn't taste like fish, and it was cooked so hard until you couldn't chew on it. The friends that told me about this place agreed that the food was horrible, not like it used to be. One of my friends complained to the manager . However, that was the worst $60 I have ever wasted. Never again.

I'm giving them 3 stars bcI was in town visiting family and we ordered online to pickup due to their later hours. When we got to the location it was closed(we made it way b4 closing). Very disappointing bc we were hungry. I called and no response and I left a message. There was no reply. Returning back to Texas, busy with my own business and life, I hadn't followed up. After a month, they refunded the charges and I wanted to thank them for that. I will return and try them again.

Soul food Sundays are the best and they even do Karaoke starting at 630 afterwards, I believe! Really great atmosphere! You won't be disappointed!

I order chicken dressing, cabbage, mac and cheese, greens, and peach cobbler. Chicken and dressing was very good. Cabbage i didnt like, mac and cheese was just boxed not baked with no salt, greens way tooo salty. This was my first time trying it. Dont think i will be back. I didnt get the wow factor i was looking for.

Listen I was in Memphis visiting from out of town and had a desire for some soul food. Got online hit the search box then hit the reviews so boom off to SOULZ we went. The food was very tasty my ONLY complaint was that I didn't have a actual piece of chicken just pieces in the dressing

Great clean atmosphere place to gather and eat with family and friends.. the catfish hushpuppy collard greens and black eye peas are good and tasty...oh yes the VIP tea is good. The server was courtesy with smile.
