My bread is always wet because they cut the clear wax paper into 4 piece. This was the first time my fish was greasy so, I called and the plus size woman in the front attitude was so nasty but they treat their church members with respect!! I bought 2 plates and got 4 packages of hot sauce and 1 tartar sauce and yes, both of the breads were wet. Memphis Best Wings sales fish and their bread is never wet and the fish is always fresh and not greasy. I had to remind the lady that she goes to church……

This was my 1st time here! I truly enjoyed the food no lie! Everything was seasoned and hot! First time in a long time I can say the food was seasoned right!Now the atmosphere wasn't the best because you can only order to go. You can't dine in.The ladies were pleasant. The younger girl wasn't as friendly, the older lady was very nice.I'm going back 2 times, is a charm!Compared to others I have had, Southwind has canceled some of my old choices outttttttt! ????

The food was great as usual. I do not go often, about once monthly, I love catfish, this is closest location other than soul fish or half shell (I like patronizing black owned businesses because the food is so much better) but that woman at the front is simply awful, no smile, a dry "how you doing" and a dry "thank you" if you get one. She treats customers as if they should be honored to spend our $$$ at their establishment. I placed an online order, they charge an internet processing fee, a take out fee and have the nerve to ask for a tip, for a take out order and lousy service!!!! GEEEZ! I'm going back next month but I'll be dragging my feet.
The food is good but the lady at the front taking the orders is less than desirable! Her attitude stinks!!! I want to like this place but with her working the counter I rather not bother.

They are SO mean! Why? They ruin the experience before you get to the food. They don't appreciate you coming and don't want you to return. It was like walking into a detention cafeteria. I wouldn't go back if the food was free. They really seem to be mad people are showing up. Jeez that atmosphere is oddly cold and angry.

I went in this place to place my order. I walked in spoke to owner at front table.she didn’t respond but did say she’ll be with me in a minute…never proceeded to take my order…she was doing something at the other table. Never took my order. I walked out, and as I was walking out, more people on the way out noticed and said how rude she is and says this wasn’t the first time she was rude.
