Absolutely ADORED Keyy! She was an amazing sever and so so very sweet! I have been to staks a couple of times, but this was by far my all time favorite visit due to her amazing service!

The biscuit was cold. The eggs where so undercooked it was hazardous to eat them picture to follow definitely not worth 60.00 bucks for two people

I used to love Staks, but it has gone seriously downhill. This was by far the worst brunch I’ve had in a long time. The omelette was so bad that I sent it back, which I almost never do. I then ordered the chicken biscuit, and it was just as unpleasant. To make matters worse, I overheard our waitress telling another server that the food “wasn’t that bad,” which was incredibly unprofessional given how inedible it truly was. On top of that, she never once checked on our table, yet an automatic 18% gratuity was added, something that was absolutely not deserved based on the level of service.

One of the worst things an establishment can do is charge gratuity without your prior consent. This establishment added %18 to my bill. This is something they should notify you of BEFORE a patron orders! The food was good but we will not come back. Automatically added gratuity should only be for groups of 4 or more, it was just 2 of us. Terrible ending to a good meal.

Always a pleasurable experience but today they were off their game. Had a difficult time getting waited on. Once we were, food came out quickly. Still had hard time getting coffee refills; even once having to go to counter to get my own and having to ask another server to assist us. We'll give it another shot at some point, but not really impressed enough to hurry back.
