I love Staks so much. I hate to leave this review but what is happening in the kitchen when your food can be sent to you burnt? I mean severely charred. I would really appreciate it if someone took the initiative to inspect the food before it is packaged for delivery. Its double costly when you cant eat it and cant send it back đ. Yall let me down this time. No one answers the phone.

Very busy place. Beautiful atmosphere. Food was good and plenty. Pancakes were bigger than my head! Bill was a little costly. Sausage patty was $5 a patty!

Terrible terrible this is the second time my order was incorrect but each time I had meet with rude customer service this time for a manager Irene I spent 53.32 to be exact for food that should have been in the dumpster my initial call was about my lemon glaze that was left off no sour cream nor salsa for my taste of Philly omelette and itâs very dishardening when you the manager thinks that spending all of this money for food that I didnât receive and if I need to take it further I will I need to be compensate and Irene needs to be written up or fired I work in hospitality and this quality of service should and could not be acceptable

This restaurant used to be so good. Now, itâs absolutely nasty. In my opinion, you shouldnât leave feeling nauseas. Ordered avocado toast with over easy eggs, and twice the eggs came out cold. Did they comp the food? Absolutely not. If Valerie is your server, request a different oneâŚ.she doesnât come check on you and couldnât even apologize about their errors. She caught an attitude. And then they automatically add 18% gratuity. I didnât add an extra tip . A Saturday morning breakfast I wonât eat again đ¤Ž

The food was terrible..Great atmosphere and customer service was good .Food was bland Gouda Grits terrible.Birthday Brunch food was a big let down 4615 Poplar location. Called manager no accommodations offered! Then they added a 20% gratuity! Wonât be returning any time soon..

Lexi was our excellent server! Such a pleasure to meet her. I got a fabulous omelet with smoked salmon, cream cheese and capers. Loved it! My husband got the French Toast, which consisted of 3 huge and delicious pieces of bread AND he was thrilled that they had REAL syrup! Also, the coffee was great!!! All in all would highly recommend and be sure to ask for Lexi!

The food here is so nasty to me i love the service and the atmosphere but the food was not great at all and this is my first time coming here my eggrolls was burnt and the manager that was on duty didnât do anything about it i still had to pay for my food.
Service was fantastic, but food wasnât the best! Eggs were almost burnt, out of tater tot potatoes, and on the biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were like hockey pucks, and the gravy was broke ( had separated) . We told the friendly waitress, and returned the biscuits and gravy. Coffee was good is the only plus besides the staff was very friendly. Will not eat here again. Restaurant could have time for a makeover or deep cleaning. Just needs freshening up

The service was good. The server was checking up on us every 5 minutes. The food was good but just for the two of us, they charged me 18% gratuity which caught me off guard because normally itâs for a party. I forgot my food on the table when I went to the car and when I went back, it was thrown away.
