Store opens at 5AM, mobile order placed at 5:12AM for drive-thru pickup. Pull up to the speaker box...we wait & wait, nothing. Move up to the pickup window, see employees inside & they "pretend" they don't see or hear us. We drive a VERY loud diesel truck that can be heard from far away & especially rumbling next to the pickup window. I got out of our truck to go inside, doors are locked. Employee comes to the door & states they are having "staffing issues", can't fulfill any orders at this time & most likely won't be able to until around 6AM. I ask about cancelling my order & am told "you'll have to call Starbucks to do that". I say "this is just getting worse" of to which the employee responds "oops".
I understand stores are having staffing issues, BUT don't pretend y'all weren't aware we were waiting on our order & think "oops" is an acceptable response. I know there's an alarm that sounds for the drive-thru, put a note on the speaker box, acknowledge someone's presence.

I quit coming here because they were always messing up the orders, drinks always felt light and they scald your milk - I have no idea what temp they use but it’s too high - anyway, a friend wanted to stop so we did - I thought I will give it another chance - nope - order was wrong, they said they didn’t hear me, so they remade my drink but did so in a rush and it felt half full and tasted bad because they scalded the milk - do yourself a favor and go to the one down the street.

Why did I come back to this location? They’re always late and can’t fill orders on time. I gave them several chances, but they just can’t get it right. Maybe they should adjust their app. Don’t say it’ll be ready in 3-6 minutes when you know it’ll take 20+. But if they were honest about it, no one would waste their time here.

I asked for no ice in my beverage on several occasions and these two particular ladies give me less than 2oz of liquid in my venti sized cup just because I don’t want ice. If you add ice to that 2oz it still won’t equal a full cup, so what’s their point of acting like such rude nasty, people about me not wanting ice. I purchased an expresso machine today for this reason. I hope I never have to support this place again.

My bill was $ 21.07 with tax. The cashier had the audacity to add a $5.00 gratuity to my bill without telling me or asking me. ?

The food might have been standard quality for Starbucks, but getting one part of the meal over 25 minutes after the other made for a mismatched meal, cold food with my coffee.They were clearly short staffed for their volume of work. Staff couldn't find a fork for me. Let me stand at pick up station for over 20 minutes without asking what I was waiting for, even after other 3bother customers that waited less time asked for their drinks and got their order expedited for doing so.After all that, the drink didn't taste like it usually does. Would recommend trying one of the other locations in that area...there are at least two others really close by!
