Horrible drink making. Not even sure what they did wrong to it but can tell they aren’t as trained as other Starbucks. People weren’t mean, just not as professional and were absolutely pathetic at drink making.

I stopped in this morning and got a tea, I believe it was the manager that made it . He was so attentive and asked how much cream I’d prefer, which tea etc. He was the only one working and he was so calm and sweet. 10/10.

recently one of my known friends came here. she has a stutter, and the starbucks barista taking her order was very rude, and said to her, “just tell me what you want i’m not reading that” when she was typing out her order as a substitute for her stutter.
There were 2 associates who refused to serve the people standing in line Kathy Tran & Cat. We were standing in line for over 15 mins and when we got to the register, we were told that they were closed. This was horrible customer service and there were multiple people that complained and they didn’t care. They need customer service training. Their attitudes were horrible and they were even saying things to other customers that was ahead of us waiting for their drinks about us standing in line. They need to be fired immediately and when I spoke with Kathy she said they are already cleaning up and not making anymore drinks. I’m telling everybody and all my friends not to visit this location ever!!!!!

Wanted an iced coffee but wasn’t sure what I wanted. The girl that helped me suggested something that sounded good so I said I’d try that. It was delicious! Service has always been quick here!

Christmas Eve afternoon, my family and I stopped into Target to pick up a few last minute gifts. We needed a pick me up to head to our next stop. Starbucks is one of our favorite places to get coffee. There was a line but it was moving fast. To my delight Corey and Taneka was running a tight ship. Our orders were prepared promptly and correctly. They were made to our special requests and tasted perfect.Thank you for making our day Corey and Taneka!
