The Starbucks on Germantown Pkwy usually makes my coffe to specification. I always order the white chocolate mocha with extra espresso because I like the taste of the strong coffee flavor. Sometimes it's a miss, but usually they get it right.

This is my FAVORITE Starbucks! The customer service is Excellent! Amir is AWESOME and has the best personality and ALWAYS offers EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! The whole crew is GREAT, but he needs to be praised for his service!

I went to this location for two cups of pike coffee and the coffee was sickening (literally) and smelled HORRIBLE! I don't know what the employees put in a simple cup of coffee but I will NOT be back! Something is very wrong with the staff serving this location. What is happening?? Never again! Be warned!
