Ordered venti Iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso with light ice. The space above the liquid is where the air bubbles were after shaken. I looked at the drink and asked the barrista guy if this drink is correct. His answer is because I ordered light on the ice. And no, I have not even took a sip. I've ordered this at other places, and it does not look like this. Avoid this starbucks if you like it light on the ice. You'll definitely get less for the premium price you pay.

Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso and got a drink with 5 pumps of vanilla, 3 pups of hazelnut, 2 dumps of classic syrup, caramel drizzle, and sweet cream…NOT what I asked for… way too sweet and gross…got egg bites right though, those were great.

They always get orders wrong here somehow. Today I got the caramel brûlée latte and it tasted like a cup of only steamed milk and didn’t even have the sugar sprinkled on top. Took about ten minutes and I was the only one there…so why was it still incorrect?? Either drinks taste like milk Or days the drink tastes burnt…that’s all I get from here.

We had a small meeting over a coffee. It’s just another Starbucks in the Memphis area. The barista did a good job- our drinks were all good, however the service was very slow.
The best customer service ever!!! I’m such an addict here, they know me by voice. Always prompt, fast and very friendly here.

I arrived at 6:10 pm and they kept me waiting for like 5 minutes without even greeting me. There was no other customer but me. I ordered just a hot coffee and they gave it to me lukewarm. When I told them, they started making another one and it took 20 more minutes. Come on!! It's a simple Pike cafe, nothing
