We had a small meeting over a coffee. It’s just another Starbucks in the Memphis area. The barista did a good job- our drinks were all good, however the service was very slow.

I arrived at 6:10 pm and they kept me waiting for like 5 minutes without even greeting me. There was no other customer but me. I ordered just a hot coffee and they gave it to me lukewarm. When I told them, they started making another one and it took 20 more minutes. Come on!! It's a simple Pike cafe, nothing

Asked me twice to pull around, I heard you the first time. You were nice otherwise but you promised me napkins and didn't bring them. Gave the biggest tip though cause I felt bad that you had to get rained on. But four food items needs napkins. Really even just one does.Y'all are my favorite one. Please do better.

My first Starbucks experience was disappointing. I ordered the large caramel latte. It tastes like scorched coffe and the milk/cream was sour. The initial sip made me horribly nauseated. $13 for a health code violated beverage is a no, never again for any Starbucks!

Worse Starbucks service ever, my daughter ordered 3 drinks on the app and when we arrived to pick up we only got one and everyone ignored us and had awful attitude with everyone. Will never ever buy from this location again.

My drink was not made properly at all the person who made it let it sit in the cup for 5min on the counter before mixing then only shook it three times and poured it into the cup, i would've asked to have it remade if i wasn't on the way to work.
