I don’t know why I keep giving this particular location my money.. I go in order a matcha frappe and simply asked can they make it with the caramel ribbon crunch add ons/toppings. I get the frappe there no caramel I then go inside and explained what I wanted and this dude told me a caramel ribbon crunch isn’t made with caramel lining the cup.. what?????? He said I have to ask for extra caramel. I’ve never not had my cup drizzled in caramel. I didn’t have the energy to say anything I will not be spending my money at this location anymore..

stopped by the Starbucks at 2801 Kirby Pkwy and had a great experience! The staff here were super friendly and efficient, and my drink came out perfectly. The store was spotless and had a nice, relaxed vibe — plenty of comfortable seating to get some work done or just unwind. The location is convenient with easy parking, and the service was quick even during the morning rush. Definitely one of the better Starbucks spots in Memphis!

Just not the same! The service and people are still great....Food and drinks just doesn't taste good anymore... Matcha is awful since its blended now and not shaken, the bacon is always half done.

The lady Deanna on the speaker and at the window was so friendly and she was very personal. Her warm and friendly demeanor was very welcoming and I'm definitely returning to this location!!! Update: Still my favorite location. The staff is ALWAYS warm and friendly!!! I wish I could give 10 stats!
