Really bad customer service

The coffee and food were great. The barista’s ESPECIALLY the male was SO RUDE!! He literally didn’t say anything to me just looked at me with an irritated face, waiting for me to order. This is a Starbucks in a HOSPITAL where people are getting terrible news, having the worst days of their lives sometimes and the least you can do is offer a smile. This coffee shop should almost be a ministry to those who need a pick me up and just a little kindness! We have had the kindest nurses, transportation and sanitation staff, surgery techs- ALL these people that have highly stressful jobs and then to be mistreated by Starbucks. It’s really sad, truly! Do better.

It’s Friday night 4/2/24 at 9:46 as Im approaching the door which at the moment was unlocked, The cashier ran to the door and told me they’re were closed. I asked If she could take one more customer being that there were only two customers on the inside. She locked the door and said They were getting off and had to have the floors cleaned. I’m wondering what If I had told a patient or a family member that at the end of my shift. “ My shift is over”.. As she closed the door in my face, A visitor was in the lobby and stated that situation was so un called for and she be reported!! smh! I took a pic of the time I returned back to the floor so I was at the door before 09:40pm

If the store closes at 10 o clock then the doors shouldn’t lock till 10 o clock. I came at 9:51 and all I wanted was a frozen lemonade This Starbucks is in a hospital, if it’s 10 minutes till 10 I should still be able to come in and get a beverage. Some of us nurses and doctors are dealing with very critical situations and can’t get to Starbucks by 9:45. These young girls do not care, they are just ready to go home and so are we but we still deserve service till closing time. Which is 10 o clock. And the girl’s attitude are terrible. I’m looking at them watch me walk to the door and when I push on it they just laughed and shrugged their shoulders. Very unprofessional, need new service

Store is out of at least 10 breakfast options. Staff obviously doesn't pay attention to what is going on. Order took forever and ended up being wrong.

Vegetarian options: Vegetable sandwiches

Parking: A bit difficult if that is the reason why you came. This is inside of a hospital.

Wheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors. Located just inside the lobby.

I am in hospital have had no coffee until now so have gotten 2 orders for coffee both unacceptable but the second was the worst …. IT WAS COLD AND NOT THE DARKEST ROAST LIKE I ORDERDED . So sad that you treat hospital patients like that .and charge them so much for cold coffee.

Dietary restrictions: I can have heavy cream, I tolerate it much better. It says you have cream but did not .

They need to fire everyone and start over. Took forever to get the kids attention to even place an order there was 3 employees the girl with short hair was too busy dancing and messed up my drink twice and it still wasn’t right, I just gave up. Camille was rude to customers but continued her conversation with the other employee about a phone call she got. She kept running not walking away from the register in and out of the store discussing how she needed to change clothes with a line of customers waiting. The black girl was playing on her phone getting distracted by whatever she was looking at and forgetting the drinks. Worst location period terrible drinks and terrible service
