Not sure who the young lady is with the blonde hair. But your title proves NOTHING if you have no people skills. Her vibe is unpleasant and this location isn’t the same since she has arrived. Also creamer goes in coffee not syrup!!! I’m not the only one who feels this way but she need to be warming up the sandwiches and not dealing with ppl period. She’s not pleasant at all and her customer service sucks. You get more with honey than you do vinegar.

The employee was distracted while I was ordering, apparently.Because when I got it, I was missing my second drink.A long line had formed, and I was told I had to get back in line because she didn't hear are put in my second drink.Both times, I was not given a receipt because the employee walked away.

I'm a regular customer at Starbucks, and I've always enjoyed their chai tea lattes. However, my recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered my usual chai tea latte, but it tasted terrible. The flavor was off, and it left a bad aftertaste. I'm not sure what went wrong, but it was a significant letdown. I hope Starbucks can improve the consistency of their drinks in the future."

The employees here look like they’re enjoying another slow paced day at payed vacation.I was the third person in line (after a coworkers friend so kindly butted in front of me).Employees took the two peoples orders in front of me and then just left me hanging. (Mind you there were at least four employees and literally five people in the store total).I finally decided to just order online. It’s been 10 minutes and I still have yet to receive my coffee.What an actual joke.If employees understood they actually were working and not at paid day care they might get something done.Where do I get a job like this???Update; 25 minutes later I ask for my drink and if I’m in the right location. They tell me that you have to ask for your drink to get a mobile order as they just set it to the side after they make it.Also, not one white person was “welcomed” into the store like everyone else upon entry.participation award anyone???

Whoever the black guy is with cornrows going straight back with gold cuffs who was working Monday May 29th (Memorial Day) at 4:35PM deserves a raise. My boyfriend and I went there for our annual cold refresher and they were out of lemonade for my strawberry açai-- he made a great substitution choice for apple juice instead of lemonade and it was fantastic. We had great conversation about NBA game 7 and even gave great recommendations for where we could watch the game. Don't know his name, but he should know who he is. Absolutely loved him.

They never have cold brew. They have been out of cold brew for the past week. Regularly have shortages on food and coffee. The attitude of the working staff tends to lean negative as well.

Not very busy location but even then your mobile order takes forever plus they don’t have a sign of where mobile orders go they just have all the drinks sitting there getting melted. Baristas attitude also an issue.

This place needs either more training and more staff they cannot handle anything. My entire order was wrong. I didn't even say anything because multiple people in front of me order was wrong and lady got a horrible attitude when people kindly stated not what they ordered. So I didn't even say anything but asked for a lid and got an attitude for asking for a lid. Place and staff need to be observed. And probably under covered observed to see how it's ran and staff with attitude. Terrible experience. Management needs to get this location together. Lady with super long hair also handling food not tied up or hair net. Also the wrong drink that I ended up getting was not good at all. Cash register lady needs to re read order back to people
