I just left from this location and to be honest I believe some of the staff need customer service training. The young ladies that work in there are fine but there is a guy in there with an Afro and he is very rude. I came inside to pickup my mobile order and my hot coffee did not have a sleeve around it. I wasn’t bothered by that but I asked the young man for some napkins because the cup was too hot to hold bare. He barely even acknowledged me and just pointed behind himself towards the counter. I looked on the counter where I already was and the napkin holder was empty. I told him there weren’t any napkins and he did not reply or look up, he just continued to work as if I were invisible. The young lady overheard and politely gave me some napkins. That young man needs training asap. You should not work in customer service if you are not friendly or do not want to help customers.

The drive through extremely slow, the barista came on the intercom, twice to say, we'll be with you in a minute with one car in front of me. I sat in drive through for more than 15 minutes, super frustrating.

Came to get a large cup of ice water, and they told me I could not purchase a large cup of water. I would have to purchase a water bottle- Leslie the shift leader is one of the rudest people I’ve ever came across. Treats guests not good. I’ll never be back at this Starbucks ever again

This specific location lacks so much. Staff are not friendly or welcoming no matter how friendly you are to them. Drinks are always made sloppy. Disappointing.

Good staff and great product, but ear- splittingly loud music. If you want to feel like you're in a rave this is the place to go. if you want to relax in a place to get a cup of coffee this isn't it

This Starbucks could definitely improve. I visited around 11 AM on a weekend (09/21), only to find the drive-thru blocked off by signage, which was frustrating—especially since the Chick-fil-A nearby had a full line of cars. It almost feels like they’re avoiding extra weekend business, even though they open at 5 AM. This was disappointing enough for me to leave. I’ve been here before, and the drinks were good, but the customer service could use some work. Staff friendliness and greetings are just okay, nothing special.

Love this location and usually love the service. I e been twice today, 5am and 330pm, and both times women have been at the window and either were just rude or inattentive. I'm short so I make sure I pull close to the window and reach outside my car to get my things. BOTH women barely stuck their arms out to give me my order, the one at 5am was just dry and rude and the one at 330pm closed the window and walked away after I told her I wanted to redeem my points instead of using the money on my app. I need the guys back at the window. They are ALWAYS friendly and attentive regardless of the time of day. Also I was the only person in the drive through when I came in the afternoon, I know 5am is early but AT LEAST meet me with my order. I'm straining to get my stuff and they both made no effort at all. I placed an order on a separate day for Frappes and waited 20 minutes, with at least 5 people behind the register, to get my order. They were a treat for my niece and nephew. Drive thru wasn't crowded and there was about 2 people in there who also seemed to be waiting when I got there. Two were talking amongst themselves, one sat in the back on her phone for a few minutes and the others were just milling about. It shouldn't have taken that long with that many people doing nothing.
