Just wanted to check when this location will be open again?
Good staff and great product, but ear- splittingly loud music. If you want to feel like you're in a rave this is the place to go. if you want to relax in a place to get a cup of coffee this isn't it

This Starbucks could definitely improve. I visited around 11 AM on a weekend (09/21), only to find the drive-thru blocked off by signage, which was frustrating—especially since the Chick-fil-A nearby had a full line of cars. It almost feels like they’re avoiding extra weekend business, even though they open at 5 AM. This was disappointing enough for me to leave. I’ve been here before, and the drinks were good, but the customer service could use some work. Staff friendliness and greetings are just okay, nothing special.

Love this location and usually love the service. I e been twice today, 5am and 330pm, and both times women have been at the window and either were just rude or inattentive. I'm short so I make sure I pull close to the window and reach outside my car to get my things. BOTH women barely stuck their arms out to give me my order, the one at 5am was just dry and rude and the one at 330pm closed the window and walked away after I told her I wanted to redeem my points instead of using the money on my app. I need the guys back at the window. They are ALWAYS friendly and attentive regardless of the time of day. Also I was the only person in the drive through when I came in the afternoon, I know 5am is early but AT LEAST meet me with my order. I'm straining to get my stuff and they both made no effort at all. I placed an order on a separate day for Frappes and waited 20 minutes, with at least 5 people behind the register, to get my order. They were a treat for my niece and nephew. Drive thru wasn't crowded and there was about 2 people in there who also seemed to be waiting when I got there. Two were talking amongst themselves, one sat in the back on her phone for a few minutes and the others were just milling about. It shouldn't have taken that long with that many people doing nothing.

This starbucks location is alright. However, if you are going to do a mobile order MAKE SURE TO DO IN STORE PICK UP. Otherwise, you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I did watch a barista make my drink incorrectly at one occasion. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The barista made the whole thing in a cup (like a latte) and didn’t even put it in the shaker. And she let the espresso sit in the cup by itself for like a minute, which burned it. I used to work at a different starbucks location, so i know that you should not be doing that. It’s a little upsetting that you’re paying $6-7 for one drink and not getting your drink made correctly :/ Other than that once occasion, I haven’t had any other problems with my drink being made wrong.

Staff rude, and unprofessional. They do not acknowledge you when you go into the store. They'll just have you standing at the pickup counter for a long time, and not ask can they assist you. I've only had one good experience in the drive thru once, and that was with a black male that had on a beautiful pink hear jacket. I can't remember his name. However, he has been the only friendly encounter that I've had at this location smh. It really makes this location look bad.
Vegetarian options: The breakfast impossible sandwich is a winner for me!

There’s a young short lady that’s typically there in the late mornings that is always so rude and unwelcoming at the drive through window. I do not understand nor comprehend, how a manager cannot tell when a person clearly does not want to be there. So uncomfortable, never going back to this location.

I placed a mobile order for a hot matcha latte. I went through the drive thru and encountered Amanda who decided it was a good idea to hand me a scalding hot cup without a sleeve. I asked for one and she said they don’t put sleeves on grande drinks anymore. When did this start?? She gave me a sleeve with an attitude. Do better Winchester location!
