slowest starbucks i’ve ever been to

This store has messed my order up 2 times now. Go in and ask for an iced caramel macchiato and they have made it hot. When I correct them they pour the hot coffee into a plastic cup and give me a second cup of melted ice to pour it into myself. I’m done even trying here I’ll just take my business to Dunkin across the street

Quick and Friendly
Awesome job with Doppio Expresso Macchiato which is often not done correctly. Great service during a busy time. Saturday am Team was crushing it.

I've never had a bad experience at Starbucks until today. Customer service was nowhere to be found! The initial encounter left me with a bad taste in my mouth, as the girl on the intercom was short and rude. Speaking of a bad taste in my mouth, the hot chocolate I ordered was the worst hot chocolate I've ever had. I'm puzzled because it's one of the drinks that's guaranteed to always be good. Horrible service and horrible beverage. I wasted my time and my money. We trashed the drinks as soon as we got in the house.

Ordered a drink to be custom made, first time it is a mistake, I had to waste 45 minutes -1 hour just to come back for the Barista to make the coffee right but same thing happens the second time that shows me either Barista's can't read the instructions properly or they are negligent. Had a poor and bad experience at this location.

I just left from this location and to be honest I believe some of the staff need customer service training. The young ladies that work in there are fine but there is a guy in there with an Afro and he is very rude. I came inside to pickup my mobile order and my hot coffee did not have a sleeve around it. I wasn’t bothered by that but I asked the young man for some napkins because the cup was too hot to hold bare. He barely even acknowledged me and just pointed behind himself towards the counter. I looked on the counter where I already was and the napkin holder was empty. I told him there weren’t any napkins and he did not reply or look up, he just continued to work as if I were invisible. The young lady overheard and politely gave me some napkins. That young man needs training asap. You should not work in customer service if you are not friendly or do not want to help customers.

The drive through extremely slow, the barista came on the intercom, twice to say, we'll be with you in a minute with one car in front of me. I sat in drive through for more than 15 minutes, super frustrating.

Staff are not courteous or welcoming. Customer service is everything.
Came to get a large cup of ice water, and they told me I could not purchase a large cup of water. I would have to purchase a water bottle- Leslie the shift leader is one of the rudest people I’ve ever came across. Treats guests not good. I’ll never be back at this Starbucks ever again

The service here is so slow. Had to wait about 15 minutes for a caramel ribbon crunch. The barista took the payment and disappeared.
