This Starbucks could definitely improve. I visited around 11 AM on a weekend (09/21), only to find the drive-thru blocked off by signage, which was frustrating—especially since the Chick-fil-A nearby had a full line of cars. It almost feels like they’re avoiding extra weekend business, even though they open at 5 AM. This was disappointing enough for me to leave. Love this location and usually love the service. I e been twice today, 5am and 330pm, and both times women have been at the window and either were just rude or inattentive. I'm short so I make sure I pull close to the window and reach outside my car to get my things. This starbucks location is alright. However, if you are going to do a mobile order MAKE SURE TO DO IN STORE PICK UP. Otherwise, you’ll be waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru. I did watch a barista make my drink incorrectly at one occasion. I ordered a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The barista made the whole thing in a cup (like a latte) and didn’t even put it in the shaker. And she let the espresso sit in the cup by itself for like a minute, which burned it. I used...
