After a training session, I was headed back to my hotel, but first stopped here for some coffee. I noticed little sandwiches, so I bought one of them as well. Drove to the hotel and ate and drank.
This Starbucks could definitely improve. I visited around 11 AM on a weekend (09/21), only to find the drive-thru blocked off by signage, which was frustrating—especially since the Chick-fil-A nearby had a full line of cars. It almost feels like they’re avoiding extra weekend business, even though they open at 5 AM. This was disappointing enough for me to leave. I’ve been here before, and the drinks were good, but the customer service could use some work. Staff friendliness...
Love this location and usually love the service. I e been twice today, 5am and 330pm, and both times women have been at the window and either were just rude or inattentive. I'm short so I make sure I pull close to the window and reach outside my car to get my things. BOTH women barely stuck their arms out to give me my order, the one at 5am was just dry and rude and the one at 330pm closed the window and walked away after I told her I wanted to redeem my points instead of...
