Coffee was all the way to the brim. Which means when you take lid off hot Coffee goes everywhere. They had many employees behind the counter. No other people in front of me and I waited 10 minutes for someone to get two brewed Coffees.

So, I purchased a drink at another Starbucks on my way to Nashville, maybe it was the first drink of the morning but it was right.. the folks at this Starbucks after hearing my story re made the drink for me at no charge.. I offered to buy another one.. guys keep up the good work :-)
