I went to get a low-calorie coffee drink. They need to get a better variety of sugar-free syrup. They only have vanilla. Starbucks needs to do better for us watching our calories. lol

Just placed a mobile order for a mocha cookie crumble and paid for additional mocha AND caramel drizzle. I didn’t get either of those. The drink was ok due to me not having the sweetness of the caramel and mocha. I left disappointed. Since it was a mobile order, I can’t speak to the customer service fully. One of the baristas was nice and welcomed me inside. The place seemed neat and clean, not sure about how the restrooms were. The only issue I had was about pre-paying for those two items in my drink and not getting them.

I'm giving this rating because I've had nothing but good experiences here over the last few weeks. I got hit with the coffee bug and have been getting coffee here, maybe a little too much lately. ? Now I will say I CAN'T STAND the traffic in this area. It's really a pain, but if you can get past that and starbucks being a little pricey, which, honestly, who isn't nowadays? I think it's worth it. At any rate, it's a good one to go to for good service and good coffee.
