I see why this is a 3 star. It should be a 1 service sucks staff is rude. Pleà se when you get here if you the only one here be ready to wait at least 10 minutes to get just a coffee. Worst by far starbucks I have ever seen.

I ordered at the drive thru, once I made it to the kiosk I still had to wait. My arrival time was 6:58am with one car in front of me. I receive my order at 712am. I’m not sure what is going on at this location. The guy at the window I wouldn’t say he was rude. I would say he acted as if he really didn’t want to be there. I live in Hernando where we have 2 Starbucks however preferred to come to this location. I think I will be going to the one in Hernando from now own. The service at this location has gone down and it takes too long to get your order. I ordered citrus mint tea that supposed to be to have mint in the tea. My cup didn’t have any. I assume the location is still out after I placed my order yesterday and the person informed the location was out of mint syrup. I will try again in a few months but for now, I will go to the other locations.

SOOOOOOO SLOW! I wish now that I had not ordered online and could cancel it. When I ordered, it said my order would be ready in 10 minutes, I got to this location in 9 minutes and have been waiting 15 minutes so far and STILL don’t have my order. What the heck is wrong with this location. I will not be returning.

They are cheating people out of money. Ordered the Grande Carmel Macchiato on a delivery order, which is put into a Venti cup. They don't fill the coffee anywhere NEAR the top, about one fourth of coffee missing. Soooo, next time I decide to pay for the Venti size because I want more coffee if they're not going to fill it up. The Venti size is 60 cents more. Received my order and lo and behold, the same cup as before with the same amount of coffee. If you're going to charge more for the larger size, use a larger cup so I get what I pay for. First, second and last time getting this overpriced coffee and having my money stolen.

Service was extremely slow. Pulled in to the Drive Thru and the line began to wrap around. They did not do my drink as requested.
