The people that work there do not want to do anything. Just went by this morning and saw one of the employees look at the drive thru line and walk away. There was 5 cars piling up at the drive thru and after 5 mins I decided to leave after a few more cars came up behind me. No movement. I ended up walking across to cupboard and watched the line move finally after a total of 25 mins.

A negative start to this location for the past year. Behind the counter wet and dirty, dining room needed broom and mop service (it hadn’t been cleaned in a while) and bathroom filthy. I travel often and this was the dirtiest store I had ever visited. Was pretty shock! How does a coffee shop get this dirty. Drive thru customers have no idea. Manger sitting in dining room like it was acceptable. YIKES!!! Skip this location

I usually love this Starbucks because they never mess up the drinks but I have been wanting to get the pumpkin cold brew since it came out the other day. Ordered it on the app and they said the had it. Go there and they say that they don’t have it right now and that I can get something else. But I wouldn’t be so upset about this if I didn’t happen twice and I hadn’t already payed. Went the Tuesday again and ordered it on the app said they had it, same thing happened again they told me they were out and could replace it. It had been days since the first time I tried getting it and they still hadn’t updated the app. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP!!!
