Employees tend to show up late to the location. Says they’re open at 5:30AM but no one was there today until 6. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take an order before leaving.
If you’re not open at 5:30 AM, that’s fine. Just don’t advertise that you’re open

Waited over 40 minutes for my drink and when I FINALLY got it, it wasn't in 3/4 full. I'm used to waiting 20ish minutes at this location, but 40 MINUTES on a mobile order is just rediculous!! And then to get a drink that's not even full!! Definitely wouldn't reccomend this location!!

This is my favorite location. Somehow the drinks always taste better. Everyone seems happy to be at work even before the sun comes up. It's quick and easy when you're in a rush.

I stupidly ordered to the wrong location and the sweet girl at the drive through window (assuming it was the manager) offered to make our order anyway, even though they were already so busy. We’d had a rough morning and were on the way home from a dr’s appointment for our baby and it really made my day. It’s rare to find customer service/kind gestures like that these days. Thank you so much to whoever that was!! The food and drinks at this location are also always super consistent.

I arrived right before they closed and Kristen put her closing responsibilities to the side to provide me the friendliest service I ever had. She is the epitome of a great employee and Starbucks is lucky to have her.

I’m at least glad, they remembered to put whatever bacon you call that on the sandwhich unlike two weeks ago they just put egg on it and gave it to me like nobodies business.
I’ve looked at other reviews from this location and seems pretty evident, that this is a no go location.
You would think corporate would address this location; however they’re broke and going down the drain in general.

Please update your restaurant opening times. This morning there were people, including me, who placed mobile orders before 5:10am and had to wait because the employees said that they were closed and didn’t open until 5:30am.
Please be considerate of people’s time. The mobile order should have been turned off if that was the case of them not being open.

Ebony is the first in over 5000 Starbucks I've been to. To tell me bring your own cup and get 25 star points and 10 off.. they should definitely give her a raise! Best employee of the year!!

The MOST INCONSISTENT location I’ve ever patroned. Every time I order from there my drink it is served differently! And it’s a fairly basic drink Cold Brew with Cold foam that’s pretty much all I order from any Starbucks. And when it’s done right it’s delicious. But this location rarely serves it correctly. Sometimes there’s no ice sometimes there is ice. Sometimes it has the separated look with the cold foam on top of the cold brew (that’s how it should be). Other times it’s all mixed it like they shook it up. Sometimes it’s over crushed ice. Sometimes it’s a thick true foam other times it’s a thin layer of bubbles or something. Extremely annoying. Why do I keep going back? Well because I’m a woman of hope and second chances. Also because the location of it is convenient to work. But darn if it isn’t annoying. Get it right it’s not rocket science guys!
