I go to this store every morning before work for my coffee and most of the time the employee at the window just gives you a dirty look like why are you here? There are a few with a smile on their face but its rare. I went yesterday for the red cup and I was highly pissed when I didnt get it, even after having to asking for it... They said they didn't have any but multiple people were walking out with one in hand. Maybe people in the drive-thur don't get this offer?!? I am not sure how that makes since but I will gladly take my morning coffees else where.

Every time I go to this location my drink is made wrong. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew today and got a pumpkin chai instead. I don’t go often because of how often my order is made incorrect but it’s the closest drive through on my way to work so it’s a bit frustrating that it’s consistently a totally different drink almost every time

Last time I remember, if a business is open to 9pm, it's open to 9pm! 8:55 sitting at the drive-thru and no service is bad business. No wonder Starbucks is going downhill like a freight train! Then add in half filled Venti's....not the Starbucks I used to rave over for 40 years!

This location is easily the best in Memphis. So clean and welcoming. The baristas are very personable. The manager is very approachable and provided me with a great drink recommendation. I'll be back for sure!

This morning around 8 am, the guy served at drive through was talking using headset to get orders and served together. My coffee came out because I saw them sit on next him while he was keep talking. So I knocked then he showed his irritated face and told me I need a patience. Can’t believe his attitude for customer. I never had any issues with other people work there. They are vey professional and have prompt service. But this morning was very unpleasant experience. Need to change! I will also try to be more patient!

Employees tend to show up late to the location. Says they’re open at 5:30AM but no one was there today until 6. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes waiting for someone to take an order before leaving.
If you’re not open at 5:30 AM, that’s fine. Just don’t advertise that you’re open

Waited over 40 minutes for my drink and when I FINALLY got it, it wasn't in 3/4 full. I'm used to waiting 20ish minutes at this location, but 40 MINUTES on a mobile order is just rediculous!! And then to get a drink that's not even full!! Definitely wouldn't reccomend this location!!
