Called in order. Got there and waited with others already there. They gave us our food about 10 minutes in, then 5 to 10 minutes later gave us my husband's drink. 45 minutes in, the lady started making my drink, then left it sitting incomplete, and started doing other things. After watching it sit for another 5 minutes, i had to ask her if she could finish it. I know they were busy, and i had no problems waiting, but it was the longest i have ever had to wait at a Starbucks for an order. The spread out way we received our order was not cool. By the time our order was completed, our food was cold. Instead of splitting who wakes what, maybe one person should complete an order. That way they are getting completed together and timely

Had a ice brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso with chestnut praline cold foam it is DISGUSTING . Wasn’t made well at all , tastes a lot like espresso coffee with regular milk! No syrum or any kind of sweetness added on this . And on top of it I used my points on this and it was most of my points being redeemed . Don’t bother to buy at this location .

They Always say they out of a certain item on the drive thru and the lines get so long and take so long to dispatch in the drive thru as well it’s like it takes a whole hour for them to get everything out the way

Stopped in for a coffee. The service was pleasant. Please stop over heating the breakfast items. Please have napkins available for guests. The seating was comfortable. The store is clean. I think it is new. I'd like it also if staff could not be so rushed when I am ordering. There is usually not many folks when I stop at any store, no matter the area I am in, slow down just a bit. My latte is delicious .

Great Customer Service and Customer Care. Place is always clean. The coffee seems to be made in a hurry and I have not had one yet that was totally satisfying. I go to this location for the Customer Service and Care not the Coffee.

So, first off I am very angry at the fact that ordered an iced quad venti Carmel macchiato as I always do at my favorite Starbucks in Lakeland but, I tried giving this one a try it was a issue at the register already with the cashier not knowing how to redeem my points .for my beverage and then had to wait over 10 minutes for a iced beverage is ridiculous while watching everyone else beverage being made is so sad top it off my husband came in and ordered after me and got his Frappuccino before my drink then the barista gave me the wrong cup size after I ordered a venti after I proceeded to let him know that’s the wrong size he told me it will be a longer wait as if am not a customer and have been waiting for a while was a total insult to me I will never come back to this location the service was awful and the beverage was as well this is why I pick and choose where I spent my money .i wish I could’ve have no stars for the service I received.

Drinks don't taste right. I waited 20 minutes for a drink I ordered online. They cater to drive thru and could care less about online orders. Who gives out extra hot drinks without a sleeve? They do!!! I really hope they get they act together.

The problem here is the lack of motivation and who should be motivated with such low pay but the black girl with da dreads need to be plan out fired nasty attitude Ihat wen she is there but these pple are mostly black they dont hav rich white parents they trying to live off those little checks so they not motivated they move so slow but I love to se it in the area I still go just to support but they need a new team the fat white lady was a great maneger now they run out of ingredients everday
