This is one of the worst Starbucks in the chain. They take forever to make anything, frequently make the wrong drink. Employees standing around doing nothing until you ask how much longer on your mobile order, THEN they start making it.

I’ve visited the Austin Peay Starbucks many times, and this is the best I’ve seen the store look in months. It really feels like there must be new management, because the improvements are obvious as soon as you walk in. The building is cleaner, the line moves faster, and the whole team looks well-put-together, professional, and genuinely happy to be there. The overall atmosphere has been consistently great during my recent visits.

The only concern I experienced was on Sunday, November 17th around 11am. A barista named Madison appeared visibly upset and frustrated on the floor, and she used some very harsh curse words that were surprising to hear in the café environment. I understand that work can be stressful, but the language didn’t feel appropriate for the setting or the brand.

Aside from that isolated incident, every other experience I’ve had at this location recently has been amazing. The improvements are noticeable and appreciated, and I hope the store continues on this positive path.

Congratulations Starbucks. You've done such an amazing job at losing business today. I've never been a huge fan of the overly priced items, but I've always appreciated the quality of the food, drinks and the friendliness at almost every location I've been to. I thought about getting a snack and drink during my CONSTRUCTION JOB lunch break. I hopped out of the truck as my coworkers went throught the drive thru. I asked the lady if I could have my 24oz mug filled up with water. She said I had to buy something. I walked out. Got in the truck and asked them to take me to McDonald's instead they said I could get ice too if I wanted it. And I ate food there instead.

I wonder if Starbucks realizes construction workers build their buildings to make millions 🤔 So after today I will no longer be going to any Starbucks.

Ordered a Grande Iced Ginger Latte this morning. Waited 20 minutes & finally got fed up with waiting I just grabbed what was sitting on the counter & left. There were 4 employees working & they weren’t moving fast at all. They weren’t even busy might I add.

The drive thru in the morning is so slow. It used to be quicker. Seems like you would want to improve service and customer satisfaction. I’m writing this as I am waiting at the speaker if that gives you any clue to the issue.

Was not greeted at all. The “manager” just walked up and stared at me. I gave my order. There’s 4 employees here with a wait time of 15 mins at the window. You have one person consistently making drinks while everyone else walks around on their phones. At almost a 15 minute wait for 2 drinks. This place is laughable.

This evening at 7:00ish I ordered a venti ice white chocolate mocha with an extra shot and no whipped cream… they entered the order on the screen and it was correct. However when I got to the window 17 minutes later there were 3 employees locked in an argument over what, I’m not sure but it was a heated argument. After a few minutes of them fighting they handed me a hot white mocha I said that wasn’t not what I ordered. They then poured my drink into some ice that immediately melted and poured a mountain of whipped cream on it…. My drink was not made right I took 1 sip of it and was just so disappointed I didn’t want to drink it at all! They wasted almost 30 minutes of my time and money!
I will not be returning that was repulsive behavior!

If i could give 0 stars I would. Order 4 drinks my mom got iced coffee they handed it to her and you could tell the creamer was spoiled it was chunky they rude ignorant lady at the window wanted to argue that it wasn't then proceeded to say next time dont be ignorant baby girl you ain't seen ignorant ill show your ignorant. Waited 10 mins for them to even take our order with nobody in front of us and then had to deal with super ignorant poor customer service. Everytime I stop at this particular location they suck their rude their slow as hell. Don't waste your time or money. And all the milk and creamer is always soured and bad. Just go on to McDonald's and get you a coffee there service is better and I guarantee you won't get spoiled milk

Called in order. Got there and waited with others already there. They gave us our food about 10 minutes in, then 5 to 10 minutes later gave us my husband's drink. 45 minutes in, the lady started making my drink, then left it sitting incomplete, and started doing other things. After watching it sit for another 5 minutes, i had to ask her if she could finish it. I know they were busy, and i had no problems waiting, but it was the longest i have ever had to wait at a Starbucks for an order. The spread out way we received our order was not cool. By the time our order was completed, our food was cold. Instead of splitting who wakes what, maybe one person should complete an order. That way they are getting completed together and timely
