The parking situation at this location was quite challenging. Upon entering, I found the interior design to be both clumsy and spacious. Unfortunately, the customer service left much to be desired. Despite standing at the register for several minutes, I was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff members. This lack of attention and hospitality significantly impacted my overall experience.

When I walked into the store I greeted myself to the barista letting her know I placed an order online. She proceeds to look at me in silence and gives a head knod. I’m still standing there and after awhile she decides to say it’ll be ready in a minute. Immediately getting unwelcoming vibes from her, I decided to go wait in my car in the parking lot. Then I get a notification my drink is ready so I come back into the store to grab it but in fact my drink wasn’t quite ready yet. I proceeded to wait an additional 2 more minutes and when I receive my drink it looks nothing as advertised. The barista in krogers gives a bad representation of Starbucks. She comes to work looking miserable ,had hickies on her neck and can’t do basic communication with customers nor put effort into making a drink.

Twice I came into Starbucks inside Kroger, I found the staff very helpful, with a great attitude, and the service excellent. I didn't order coffee but one of the delightful breakfast sandwiches. They are delicious. ? My most recent visit to this establishment was yesterday.
I enjoy the food and drinks here and the nice Suttle music they play while you relax here.
