If I could give ZERO stars I would. Worst customer service I have ever encountered at any Starbucks. The manager (I believe her name was “Shawn”) was the rudest barrister I have ever encountered. Also - my order was incorrect and there was a hole in my cup that made a huge mess. She was unapologetic - thankfully the Kroger manager stepped in and handled the situation.

I did a pick up order and when I got there no one was behind the counter. A nice Kroger I employee tried to help me by looking in the bathroom and break room. I was advised to have her page . Finally someone found here behind the Deli and she still took her time said nothing and started making my drinks at 11:40 Still waiting and never had I waited this long with no customer service at all!

my girlfriend had a really bad experience with one of the baristas according to her the barista kept checking her out. and we both know that its a starbucks but the barista kept turning around to look at her and had the freakyest smile which made her feel very uncomfortable. she still feels uncomfortable to this moment and does not want to finish her drink. starbucks please consider my review to better your staff and not make your customers uncomfortable. thank you. also my girlfriend is FOURTEEN. and barista is a grown adult. ALSO got a drink incorrect.

It is nice to have a Starbucks in the grocery store. It makes the shopping experience better with a caffeinated beverage in hand. The service here is a mixed bag, but for the most part I get my beverages in a timely manner and can usually get the barista to smile. I don't imagine this job is easy.
