I did a mobile order. It has now been 15 minutes after my estimated pick up time. When I asked to make sure I was still in the queue, the barista guy, Wesley, rudely said yea we go by the queue and pointed me to the mobile pickup area. I was just trying to make sure someone didn’t grab my stuff, bc that has happened here before.
I’m still here as of writing this. 25 minutes after my estimated pick up time. I finally just left without a portion of my order. I’ve now had 2 visits here, both underwhelming.

Last week out of 2% milk multiple days. Inexcusable. Wait times are insane. 30+ min for one drink every single time you go - no matter how empty the store is. Music way too loud to even order. Someone please someone investigate this poorly operated store. I’ve never seen anything like it. Every other Starbucks is great but THIS LOCATION!!! Investigate!!!
Starbucks is my Favorite Coffee Stop and it's always Awesome and the Service is Always the Best! Thanks guys for everything that you do and. GOD BLESS YOU ALL TOO!
wasn't greated use to going on drive through stood in there 10 minutes someone else came in greated in I will be right with you really do not appreciate that but I politely walked out the door

This starbucks is about to be my goooooo-to! Tam, one of the baristas I had the pleasure of meeting, showed such great customer service and was extremely helpful and patient with me. She made my time at starbucks very enjoyable. I will be back!

Please do not even come here if you need to finish something on your laptop or if you need to work on your computer. The music is waaay too loud.
If you ask them to volume down the music, they never do that. It is impossible to enjoy your time here.

I routinely wait 25+ minutes for single drink orders at this location. I'd really recommend others either go to a different starbucks location or another coffee shop altogether.
Arian at the drive thru has the nastiest attitude. She is not an asset to your business. In fact, her attitude and lack of willingness to provide even halfway good customer service is well below any business's standards.

The cashier was nice. But with this being my first visit to this store.. I am disappointed in the portion size. Ordered a venti and literally only had a few sips of matcha as at least a third of my cup was straight foam. Wait time needs improvement as well.

Said they are busy but there was one group of people in there other than me 4 people ind drive thru 3 people working.
I ordered via app so I wouldn't have to wait a long period of time. Still was made to wait 30 minutes with what was told was because they was absolutely busy... Where? Where was you busy? My god. I'll never use ur app again it was absolutely pointless and no faster than sitting in line ... ACTUALLY drive thru and walk in ordering is faster and was told because I ordered mobile weveyone else was ahead of me.. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

I pre-ordered and pre-paid but somehow the girl messed up my drink. I understand i threw her a bit of a complicated drink to produce for me since I had our all pumped up with ingredients but follow the damn order and everything will be perfect! Parts of my drink i paid extra for we're missing but the service was extremely fast and good get and warm for breakfast. I love Starbucks I just wish they'd pay closer attention to my details on the drink order because only one girl so far at another area in town has gotten it correct. Overall I give them 4 stars because of that...I still love Starbucks though... so yeh...

They were very nice and helpful (since I've never been able to learn the jargon in decades of my existence). The food and coffee were excellent, and the atmosphere was chill with great music.

Why is there not an option for employees in store to cancel a mobile order. And why did the drive thru girl lie and say the phone number available on the app would direct me to customer support to cancel my order. When I called, I was speaking with a store employee who also said they can’t cancel my order over the phone. Got the run around and ended up being late to my job that’s literally down the street from here. I am beyond frustrated. Now I have to go back and face these employees in person to either cancel my order or get my moneys worth. Either way I never want to come back to this location. A big part of customer care is knowing information and when there’s misinformation especially for a customer that’s telling you she’s about to be late to work, it helps to know the right info. I don’t care how nice you say it if what’s coming out of your mouth is wrong, in obviously frustrating moments.
