Disgruntled Coffee drinker

Had to have drink remade three times. First time no coffee. Second time no coffee. Third time finally got coffee.

This Starbucks is always slow with service, but I frequent because it's the closest to my church. Went there on today at 6 pm to get tea for my Pastor, and there's a note on the order box saying their new hours are 530 am - 5 pm. Totally ridiculous!

So I usually tip a little something to Starbucks workers, but I placed my order in advance and it still said it would take 20 minutes which is sometimes understandable. My problem is I got there and I sat and waited on the order and they made both of my items wrong and I had to wait longer for them to remake them. They gave me a sandwich instead of eggs. I had a drink the wrong flavor so I was upset. The ONLY 2 reasons I'm still giving them 5 stars is because they usually do my order right and because the cashier was SUPER accommodating and nice. She had them stop and fix my stuff.

I waited 30+ minutes in the drive-through alone trapped behind other cars. When I reached the window, I was informed that I would have to even longer. I was asked if I wanted to go ahead and pay but I opted to wait until I received my order. When the lady returned to the window, she informed me that I had to pay so that I could pull away from the drive through and receive my order once it was ready. She was a kind lady but I had to cancel my order once she informed me that I’d have to continue waiting. 45 minutes waisted.

I ordered a venti carmel macchiato hot with a extra shot of espresso and a grilled cheese sandwich. My friend ordered a carmel macchiato hot with potato bites. We were in line waiting 15 minutes. While waiting we observed two young ladies having a conversation. After 15 minutes one girl came to the window told us our amount without greeting us. We told her that our food was cold and she offered to reheat it it. We had to leave because after waiting all that time we were late for work. This location is convient but they need to improve on the wait time and quality of food.

Terrible service. Made a mobile order but doors were locked during business hours so I sat in line for 15 minutes only to get to the window and they say they didn’t see my order. I had to just leave without my drink because I couldn’t wait longer. Didn’t seem apologetic at all. I rarely take the time to leave a review but this Starbucks is terrible.

I don’t know if the morning shift were having a bad morning or what. I got absolutely NO smile and NO greeting. Not even a simple “good morning”. They literally just stared. I understand it’s early, but when you’re in customer service you have to suck it up. Maybe that smile and good morning would have made my day. Please fix this.

The lady first took our orders and forgot about us, we waited almost 25 minutes for two drinks a cake pop and a croissant and then when we finally started looking upset is when she started on our orders. After I got my cake pop I tasted it and realized it was old because the taste was so distinctly old and bitter it made me gag and throw up. I hated my entire experience with these young ladies and their customer service.👎🏾
