When me and my boyfriend first arrive there through drive through a lady approached us and said “what’s up can I take your order” then said sorry and joked about it another lady came there told her I wanted the cookie crumble Ice cream mocha she proceed they don’t have that then I told her they do sell it here while looking at the menu and a mother rude guy came on here yelling nooo we don’t got that so I said ok thank you then as I was still looking and searching he said excuse me do u want some very rude don’t say anything but drove off very rude atmosphere don’t know how to talk to there customers and very impatient as well

I try and support the stores in my community restaurants but this location is slow for service, especially the drive thru. I know they've only been open for a short while. I was in the drive thru for 20mins! Other locations like Olive Branch and Southaven are a third of the wait time. Hopefully they can become more efficient and speed up service ?? ?

Today, I flew into Memphis and stopped at this location on Elvis Presley. It took 5 minutes for someone to notice me at the register. There were only two employees and a long drive-thru line. Another employee was sitting at the table with a group of possible new hires. It was not an inviting atmosphere. Then a lady bought a small dog into the store. The lady sitting at the table jumped up to hug the dog. The cashier put some cream in a cup for the dog before she finished my sandwich order. It was so weird. The cashier never washed her hands after touching the dog.

I have visited this location everyday since it opened and I continue to do so to this day. However, there is work to be done on their customer service. I always mobile order before I come. I still have to wait wait 10, 15 even 30 minutes after the time my app said it would be ready. The new guy that work in drive through has a terrible attitude.
I will continue to support because I am glad to have them in my area.

Out of all my experiences with Starbucks this one is the best as soon as I walked in we were greeted the girl jasmine at the counter was incredible I told her what I wanted which was a vanilla bean with no whip cream with the cup lined with mocha drzzle and when I say she didn't disappoint she didn't this is the first Starbucks to actually get my drink right I highly recommend this Starbucks
All I can say is Memphis, especially Whitehaven knows how to ruin anything. Cold food, guy at the window refused to remake after saying I came “hours” later. Boy I live literally up the street and I came at the time I was supposed to. Then he tried to rush me and give me only one of my drinks. Big mistake for Starbucks to come to Whitehaven. Do not recommend this location. Attitudes and slowness run rampant.

Horrific!! Second and last time at this location. I will drive across town before returning here! Customer service was decent but the taste of the coffee was terrible. Ordered Caramel Ribbon Crunch with 2 shots of expresso. COULDN'T TASTE EXPRESSO AND NO CRUNCH TOPPINGS! Drink was watered down and cup half full with whipped cream. (Very Foamy) I work too hard for my money to toss it down the drain. My daughter and I have NEVER tasted a Starbucks this bad let alone coffee. If you're thinking about visiting this location. Think twice. Travel to Goodman Rd location in Southaven. (Both locations are awesome) Serving coffee like this will definitely cease buisness. I don't need a generic response. I'm calling corporate tomorrow about my disgusting coffee. I should've know better than to expect surperb Starbucks location in Whitehaven!! 3.8 Score is funny. Try 1.0!! Highly disappointed.
