My daughter went in to order a kid friendly frappe and was told that they didn’t make it. Which I have order the same thing here several times before at this exact location. Once I got out the car and went in and ordered it, they Automatically made it. Although it took 10 min to receive 🤦♀️ and there was no one in line. Then my daughter told me that one employee told another employee that she wasn’t going to make it. It’s sad that they would refuse money for the company they work for that helps fund their lifestyle.

Customer service was sub-par. I had to tell them to check the mobile orders in order for them to START making my order. I had 4 items. I had to remind them at least 3 times. They are always out of Soy milk.
Upon arrival I asked what the sizes are, the guys said “small, medium, large” um okay, not the proper terms but okay. I proceed to ask for a slice of the iced lemon bread, he says “we have a lemon loaf” like okay? A loaf is also considered bread. I feel like he was tryna be funny but I wasn’t in the mood. This location always presents you with weird energy from the person at the window. Dull, dry, annoyed, “here’s you coffee” vibes. Should probably work on getting people who have better vibes with customers.

We’ve been here 3 times and have had terrible experiences all 3. They didn’t mix the drink at all, their drive through is tight so once you’re in, you’re trapped, and they take 30 min just to get to you with only two cars in front of you. Their service sucks.
Went there twice at 5:30am. My beverages weren't made right. It was water down on 2 separate occasions

Go in one SB's and basically been in them all. The wait times are long. I have ordered on the APP...20 minutes ahead...15 minutes ahead...gone inside to pick up ...a cup of coffee... that's it ..a cup of coffee and it's not at the pick up area. Have to wait another 10 minutes at times! No obfuscation folks..fact...and at probably 6 different locations. For a mere cup of coffee! No blended concoction...just coffee. And at times, ordered a Danish warmed up and the Danish is at the pick up area but no coffee and by the time I get the coffee...I have to ask the staff to reheat the Danish.
