So I usually tip a little something to Starbucks workers, but I placed my order in advance and it still said it would take 20 minutes which is sometimes understandable. While waiting we observed two young ladies having a conversation. After 15 minutes one girl came to the window told us our amount without greeting us. I don’t know if the morning shift were having a bad morning or what. I got absolutely NO smile and NO greeting. Not even a simple “good morning”. They literally just stared. I understand it’s early, but when you’re in customer service you have to suck it up. Maybe that smile and good morning would have made my day. Please fix this.
