I tried multiple times but the services not up to the mark like i ordered i only chai latte and it will take around 20-25 minutes and i tired not only drive thru i tired take a way and cashier she was like staring me very bad service.

Customer service was very disappointing. While waiting in the drive-thru, two employees were talking and on their phones, and I was not acknowledged in a timely manner.

I was also not informed that the store was missing ingredients for my drink. When I received it, the drink did not look like what I regularly order. After I mentioned the issue, the employee showed little concern and did not attempt to resolve it.

Overall, this was a frustrating and unpleasant experience.

I went when they first opened and honestly the customer service was horrible and the matcha was bad. I decided to give it another try since I live nearby and the customer service improved. Also, my matcha this time was great!

I don’t typically order inside or pick up inside. I always order ahead in the app and use the drive through to pick up. This last visit I came inside to order at the Riverdale location so I could use a payment method outside of the app. I realized me ordering outside of the app meant I needed to be able to explain all the customizations which I rely on the app for. Without hesitation the wonderful barista says don’t you get the iced brown sugar shaken espresso? I was completely blown away and impressed. More importantly, I felt like I was among friends. This visit made me decide to make an extra effort to make it my point to only visit this location. Which is great because it really is in my neighborhood. I’m so glad this location exists. I’ve never had a bad experience while visiting. Please keep up the great work! -Porsche

Been here at least 2 times. Didn't wait that long on my order. Staff was pretty cool, and drinks were nice Came in near close yesterday, and was still able to get my order. Staff was nice and definitely deserve raises!

The store itself is clean, and most of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the experience was overshadowed by the manager or shift lead on duty, Quay, who was noticeably rude and unpleasant. Her attitude made the atmosphere uncomfortable and left me questioning whether I want to continue spending my hard-earned money at this location. I hope management addresses this, as good customer service should come from all team members — especially leadership.

Ive been 2 times and my drink has been perfect each time - and love that they still have chip ice vs the sonic ice like the other locations. Thast such a small thing. But I've had great experiences both times. Got a venti iced green tea the first and a tall iced coffee the 2nd.

I recently visited the Starbucks location at 351 on July 23 and unfortunately did not receive a receipt. As a result, I was uncertain about how to submit a formal complaint, which prompted me to write this review. During my visit, I interacted with a young lady at the window with red or orange hair, who displayed a notably unpleasant attitude. Despite my clear repetition of my order via the intercom, she only rang up one drink when I arrived at the window I politely pointed out the error, she responded with a negative demeanor. Following payment, she rolled her eyes, which I found particularly discourteous. Throughout the interaction, I maintained a courteous tone, thanking her and receiving a barely audible response. Regrettably, due to this employee's behavior, I do not intend to return to this location. It is worth noting that I did not exhibit any rudeness during our interaction, and I believe it is essential for service industry professionals to provide respectful service, regardless of personal issues or biases. As a costumer, I expect a certain level of courtesy, particularly in a city like Memphis, where friendly interactions can be surprisingly rare.
