I placed a order online. I go through the window and I let them know in the box that I had a order under my name. When I finally got to the window (15 minutes in line) I let them know again about my order. They just now in that moment started making it.
A lady comes out the window yelling saying that next time I should let them know I’m the box that I was there because my order wasn’t ready when 1) I did let them know and 2) my order was ready 10 minutes ago

One of my favorite locations by far, customer service is always amazing when I come in the afternoon. Sometimes I’ll stop by the window and told to pull around because they already know my order! Restrooms and lobby seem well maintained. It’s improved tremendously since opening.

Good evening, there really is a girl there who has a very bad attitude, as I read in a previous comment. I don't know if it's because she's Latina, but every time we go she treats me very badly. I don't know if she's in a bad mood or if the girl It's racist but they should change the staff or put her in a place where she has no contact with the public.

The wait is atrocious! There was no one in line or waiting inside and yet it took 27 minutes for 2 frappes and caramel coffee!!! Absolutely ridiculous! They kept making orders for drive through but not inside. There were 4 ladies. I don't understand their time management. Too much joking around and talking.

I ordered a strawberry refresher and it tastes like watered down juice. No strawberry flavor and 3 freeze dried strawberries floating in it. This is store 69933 on Winchester and Riverdale!

Every time I come to buy, the same person serves me and I want to say that she has a very bad attitude when serving customers. I don't know if it's because I'm Latina and I don't speak English, but every time I go, she serves me with a very bad temper. Her name is Grizzlies. I hope she has a better attitude when serving customers, especially since the place is new.

Went today and waited 20 mins in the drive through just to tell me they couldn’t accept my form of payment. Called corporate to make sure it was correct and it wasn’t. I called the manager on duty and she didn’t help.

This is the second Starbucks I've been to this week and by far the WORSE. Customer Service to non-regulars was notably poor. I ordered a venti drink and was told they were out of venti cups. Conversation stopped there, barista made no other suggestions. I then ordered and paid for a trenta. When I went to sit down, I observed several regulars getting their venti in a trenta cup. Same visit, observed two of the baristas argue with a customer. As the barista sat the ladies' drink down, it fell over. The customer replied by saying "I don't want that". The barista then said "well, don't take it then." As the lady was preparing to leave, she turned around and asked them if they had something to say. One of the baristas commented, "hope you have a better day.". The lady replied the same. Instead of leaving it at that, the barista then said, "I will once you leave." Same store, same visit. Cleanliness is lacking. Visible feces on the toilet, sink was also visibly dirty with days of dust buildup.

Went today around five-ish asked were told at speaker they could not make frappes and had no lemonade. Got to the window and asked for a black roast.. we have no black roast ??♀️. Well what do you have? Let me see as 3 people would come to the window to say the same thing. The last worker said we don’t have any coffee made at this time, now I’m confused! My daughter ordered an iced coffee and received it.. smh I’m over it!
