I went when they first opened and honestly the customer service was horrible and the matcha was bad. I decided to give it another try since I live nearby and the customer service improved. Also, my matcha this time was great!
I don’t typically order inside or pick up inside. I always order ahead in the app and use the drive through to pick up. This last visit I came inside to order at the Riverdale location so I could use a payment method outside of the app. I realized me ordering outside of the app meant I needed to be able to explain all the customizations which I rely on the app for. Without hesitation the wonderful barista says don’t you get the iced brown sugar shaken espresso? I was completely...
Been here at least 2 times. Didn't wait that long on my order. Staff was pretty cool, and drinks were nice Came in near close yesterday, and was still able to get my order. Staff was nice and definitely deserve raises!
