sorry I gave yall 1 star, I tried to give yall -34 stars! I place my order at the box and literally sat dead still in a line with only 2 people in front of me for 20 minutes before I realized that much time had passed!!! I eventually just drove off and the line STILL hadn’t move. THATS RIDICULOUS!!!!

Lobby closed.No warning until you walk up to the door & try to enter.If there had been a warning on the app. I wouldn't of ordered from this location.Unfortunately I've already paid and now I'm 10th in line.

I saw the bad reviews and should have just listened to them. I wanted to give this location a chance but I've been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes. My mobile order was scheduled to be ready 20 minutes ago. Don't come here.

Went through the drivetru. The order taker was very short and abrupt. Didn't repeat the order nor give a total. The young lady with the red sweater at the window needs to be retrained on etiquette. So so rude... no greeting, just shouted out a total, grabbed my card, handed me my food without a napkin and blurted your drink will be out in a minute... slams window. After waiting a bit longer, hands the drink with NO straw and closes window. Then when I said Excuse me (through a cracked window) ... Can I please get a straw and napkins..she opens , hands me two balled up napkins and straw then slams window close. All I could do is laugh and shake my head because apparently she doesn't like her job but I refuse to let it ruin my day. My shaken brown sugar Espresso was good though.

I can't stand the nice nasty girl tall black with glasses very obvious that she gets irritated if u modify an order but they always do it right the Manger is the same way but she takes care if me I just know she curses wen I leave but its over all my favorite

Lol what. 8:30 am. Placed an order on app. Got to store to pickup and parked. Door was locked. Got in line. Line not moving and wrapped around building. Called the store and asked if their doors were unlocked yet. Employee said yes. Got out of line , parked, and doors were still locked. Checked 3 or 4 times. Finally left as the line had still not moved and was around the building and employees were refusing to open up the inside of the store. Called customer service to refund me and the guy refunded it to my Starbucks card. I only reloaded it to get this one order. So I guess now I can’t get it back into my regular bank account. Seriously a mess. I know they have a hard job up there but keeping the store locked up so no one can get it and lying to customers saying it’s open when it isn’t isn’t cool.

I just went to Starbucks because the one in Kroger was out of my Caramel Ribbon Crunch, but I went to this Starbucks and I order the same thing but this time my Caramel Ribbon Crunch wasn't made right, it was light brown with more whip cream with barely crunch toffee in it or on top of the whip cream,I couldn't turn around to go back because I already waited 20 mins for it and I'm in the nursing field so I had to get back to my patients but thanks to the short color hair lady i just paid 7 something dollars for nothing, and I only gave them one star because that's the only way I could post my review and I have a picture of half of cup of whip cream

They don’t have an order screen, and they don’t read your order back to you, so it’s a gamble to see if they’ve gotten your order right, and 50% of the time it turns out wrong.

This Starbucks really seems like it's struggling. I know there was a strike earlier this year. I'm not sure if that impacted the place or what, but it's woefully unprepared to handle the business it gets. Last few times I've been in there it was filthy and the service was incredibly slow (waited about 15 min), given the few customers there. Things aren't restocked. It looks trashed behind the counter and at the self-serve station where the napkins, etc are kept. The staff aren't friendly and don't seem to care. I feel for these guys because I think working at a Starbucks is incredibly demanding, but something needs fixing.
