Went there today June 18th 2025 and was treated poorly but the barista. A man went and ordered his drink and left and I walked up but stepped to the side to see the menu to figure out what I wanted. I then stepped back up and noticed the barista on her phone watching something and I didn’t want to interrupt her. I didn’t know if she was looking up something important. She looks up to me and sighs and just looks at me. She never said a “hey how are you” she just blowed and said “yea” I was taken aback and just said never mind and left. Poor customer service.

The barista has such a horrible attitude. She asked “what do you want” and turned around then had the nerve to say “I can’t hear you” still with her back to me away from the counter. Even when I told her I was paying with cash she said “you still gotta follow the keypad”. Yet when she finally decided to come to the counter she had to cancel the card transaction. Save yourself a headache and bad experience

Just had the worst experience ever and before I tell yaw what happened yes I'm black too and the woman that service me was black but she had the worst attitude y idk but I ordered a Carmel frappe and she made it why she was calling her child's school to make sure her child didn't go outside because she having problems with weezing or some really something I should've never heard cuz first of all u at work but ok so I tell her sorry I wanted almond milk so she fix it with almond milk so after she just throws my top on the frappe I'm like u not gone put any whip cream on it she said ain't u non dairy now who tf said I was non dairy so she say well if u get almond milk it automatically means that lmao so I'm like no I just prefer almond milk tf r u to just assume I'm non dairy not to mind u when I walked up it was a Caucasian women there order already took so she ask me if what r u having after I told her and she finish with the other women order she pass it to her and start ringing me up for mine when I never told her what all I wanted in my frappe so now she mad because instead of just greeting me and continuing to fix the other customer stuff she tride to do too much at one time and got mad at me cuz she confused her self by not just ringing it up first and she would have knew wat I wanted if she just took the order the right way in the first place but 0out of 10 NEVER RECOMMEND SEE WHY PLACES WITH NAMES LIKE THIS DONT HIRE BLACK PEOPLE BECAUSE YAW HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDE BECAUSE U HALF TO WORK AND PAY YOUR BILLS DONT BE MAD AT ME BECAUSE IM SUPPORTING WHO U WORKING FOR BUT U DECIDED TO COME TO WORK THE WAY U WENT TO SLEEP HAVE THE DAY U DESERVE

I drove ten hours last night to Memphis from Houston. This was the nearest Starbucks. I’m use to bringing my cup to Starbucks and they make any drink in my cup. This store doesn’t do that. I also use my app to scan and pay and they don’t do that either. I’m use to a quick stop at Starbucks but getting purse digging in my purse for a card it’s too much. I’m on vacay and this first experience was no bueno and left me with an attitude. The lady was nice but I was not pleased with Starbucks not having their system updated. I will not be coming back to this location. My entire stay here.

If I could give a negative star I would with my experience this morning. The young girl working the register was abnoxiously rude while I was ordering. When I asked her to confirm a specific of my order she told me I was being hostile and my order was wrong. She was beyond RUDE to other customers as well. Do better or you will loose TONS of money.
