If I could give a negative star I would with my experience this morning. The young girl working the register was abnoxiously rude while I was ordering. When I asked her to confirm a specific of my order she told me I was being hostile and my order was wrong. She was beyond RUDE to other customers as well. Do better or you will loose TONS of money.

The person who proclaimed to be the supervisor on duty was very rude. When I approached the counter, she only turned and looked at me. She never did ask " How can I help you" or say " May I take your order please." She was however, able to ask the two white customers this question. This is symbolic of Memphis and how black women tend to treat each other when it comes to service. I watched her interaction with her white customers and understood that she was indeed able to be friendly. However, she was not friendly at all with me, a black customer. I brought this to her attention, and instead of her honestly reflecting and saying, you know what I should have asked you can I take your order, she proceeded to defend her actions and say, how nice she was and how she wrote my name on my cup - - as if this was a treat for me or something out of the ordinary. We need to do better. As a labor and employment attorney, I know that she needs retraining, and specifically on this issue: that she does not have a choice on how she renders service on behalf of Starbucks. Starbucks' expectation is that every customer receives great customer service not just when she feels like delivering it. If she is indeed a supervisor, this Starbucks location is in trouble because its customers' experiences will be at her whim.

If I could give it a 0 I would I just left from getting my drink the girl with the braids had an attitude although the girl with red hair was nice……the girl with the braids was not helpful and did not make my drink right at all…..why work at a place with people if your attitude is gonna be nasty
