The staff is rude. I came to the counter and we were just staring at eachother . I was actually trying to see was she ready for me to start my order. She didn’t say anything so I started my order. She said “ we ain’t doing that right now.”

There's no sports channels except ESPN in your. Nobody knows what's going on here. None of the staff. None of the machines pay out. I don't mind losing, but I'd like to play for a little while.

Advice….use the mobile order if there is a line with more than ten people. It will save you at a lot of time. The cafe is understaffed. The baristas are doing as much as they can with typically two people and in positive spirits. Mobile orders apparently take preference.

This has got to be the WORST Starbucks I have ever been to. On half a dozen occasions I've stood in long lines only to be told they are out of the products to make your drink. Or they are out of egg bites. Or they announce they are closing the till, that they are only taking mobile orders. Move to the mobile line only to find they've closed mobile order function.

They can't/won't make more than half of their menu. We should have checked the reviews first because apparently this has been the case for months. Go to Ramblin' Joe's for a much better experience and delicious coffee drinks.

service is very, very BAD!!! no one served me, 1 by 1 lowered their heads and withdrew. maybe because I'm Asian. BAD SERVED!!!!!

They are very rude at this Starbucks, they are understaffed and I guess being understaffed mean you can’t serve food and other drinks only pastries and brewed coffee. Just pure lazy in my opinion. I totally don’t recommend!!
