Roaches it was a roach on the table crawling and dead roaches in a corner chicken was hard af no flavor they give you little cup of ranch and want you to pay $75/78 for 1 extra two stars because the ppl where nice that was my first and last time going to this

I did a pickup order for DoorDash said it was going to be ready when I got here, when I got here my ticket was never printed off so I had to wait until my order was made inconvenienced me because I was getting food for my wife on her lunch break.

1st time. Not a good experience. Catfish not seasoned, fries over seasoned. I think the drink machines may need to be cleaned because the fruit punch/lemonade tastes a bit moldy. The wings were ok. Probably won't return.Cashier was polite.

Ordered 15 wing combo & 2 p cs of fish at 6:15 pm on a Wed night to go. It took over an hour to get any food. If they were that busy, why was the manager sitting in her office instead of working to help get the food out? I was offered no compensation. Not even a drink while I waited. They "suggest " a tip on the screen at time of purchase before you get your food. Lesson learned . I will never order again. I couldn't even eat , it upset me so. Don't know if their food is good or not. Don't care to because the service sucked. I would've asked for my money back, but had 7 hungry mouths to feed waiting for over an hour on food.
