Man this place is gross. Super hard, dry bread and they are so stingy with the meat and cheese and seasoning, lol. Even if you get the double meat subs there is still way more hard chewy bread than meat and cheese. The regular meat portion is just laughable. Fries are always cold and then if you get the loaded fries they dump cold sauce on them. While I was waiting for my food I heard someone complain and they told her no refunds or replacements. When I saw the pitiful little slivers of completely dried out meat being put on that huge bun I knew I made the wrong choice. The gyro place next door has way better cheesesteaks, just didnt want to wait in their long line.

I went to order the Grand Escape but instead of the potato, I wanted it on fries. Simple request so I thought. The cashier denied the order so I asked for a manager but why because he did not make it any better even when trying to add and take away things he made it seem that my request was complicated then made the statement that i was making my request difficult.What is difficult about have the same ingredients that you have on the potato on fries. Fries comes from potatoes DUH.I will not go back because if I pay my money make my order the way I want it.

Food was great but the service was terrible in my first two times coming in a row. Cashier was rude and hard to understand. First time I went they forgot my fries, second time they gave me the wrong drink. Would probably eat at a different location again but not this one.

Portion sizes small and food is not fresh. Don’t even get me started on the lilRude Chinese manager man that barely speak English. He can take that customer service back over to his territory.

Not only did you forget items in our order yet again and not make the sandwiches correctly but this time was the last straw. I bit into either bone or some other extremely hard tooth/bone like object in the sandwich. Which isn’t just disgusting but dangerous especially for someone who has teeth issues already. Shameful the experience I just had with your organization. Wasted money and potential tooth damage from your product. Won’t be coming back ever again after this order. Plus how can you forget loaded fries and other items? It’s on the receipt……

Ordered a steak sandwich combo and the meat that is usually put on the sandwich was cut in half making a really skimpy sub with mostly bread. Big rip off. Do not eat here

They will sell you a sandwich for $6 but charge you $1.10 for seasoning on it. Next time I’ll go else where, where they are happy to accommodate a patron of business.

I visited this location on Saturday around 5pm and ordered a large grandest chicken with regular fries and drink. I paid over $16 for my meal the only thing that was correct was my lemonade. My fries came in a drink cup instead of the size displayed. My sandwich barely had any meat on it so I ended up adding meat from my son’s Chinese food or else I would have just had bread. After reading the other reviews it’s clear that this establishment is ripping their customers off and should be shut down.
