My daughter found herself beset my shyness and couldn’t muster the courage to ask for a replacement beverage. I did what any good father would do, and asked in her stead. The staffs resolution was hasty and polite. I will be returning.

Consistently very good. I liked every tea and ramen I've ordered and they're very quick. They deserve more clients. I remember a day in January when Highland was frozen and very few places were open. Nothing like a good ramen on such days.

I absolutely love Subarashi. The boba tea is my favorite I can get anywhere in or around Memphis. The pearls are the perfect size and always the perfect amount. The food is also amazing. The fried rice is perfectly seasoned and the ramen always has the perfect umami flavor. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for boba or Asian cuisine.
I love this place! I'm always excited to go back. The food is super good. I didn't like the ramen, but my friend did. I really like their sushi though, and the boba tea is so good. All the employees have always been really nice, and the manager checks in with my friend and I pretty much every time we come here to see how everything is going. I love the atmosphere and the cute stuff they have for sale, and the water + lemon water. I like that it's off of the Highland Strip, so it is convenient as well.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has handicap parking, but doors need to be pulled opened by hand.
