Subway in Memphis

“I had gone into the store & realized there was a Subway sandwich place in there.
It's good to know there is a Subway in the area.
The store is really clean looking & the employees are nice too ... ☺️

Vegetarian options: Great veggie sandwiches, & you can always add cheese if you want ☺️“

“It's a typical Subway, so there is that. The food is made with care, and you may find your sandwich looking like one of the photos. The staff and management are the reason for this, and the people there have set an example of how shift labor organization, customer service, and thorough attention to your order can be. If your restaurant is struggling, you should go see how these people work together and ask what they did to accomplish that... and go at noon... one of the busiest times and see how efficient they are. Kudos to the staff for doing a splendid job day after day and doing it with a great attitude.“

“Friendly staff, great service. A great go to Subway location for sure. Only sketchy part is the parking spaces. This business is located in a smaller strip center with many stores sharing limited parking. But it’s not a huge deal. Usually one opens up quickly.I’ll make this my Sub destination.“

“I took a chance on this Subway after getting burned at the Subway on Union and Poplar in this area and tired of driving 15 minutes to go to the one at 4000 something Summer Ave. This is my new favorite Subway location!!!

For some background, I have only ordered at this location through the app and have been ordering from this location for the last 2 weeks (8 sandwiches total).

The location is extremely clean. More importantly, the workers are nice and don't have a tude. They were the first location to make my sandwich as ordered following the directions note that has requested to add a ton's ton of pickles. So far, I have massively enjoyed each and every pickle filled chew on my sandwich!

Let's see how long this location can keep the streak up! Will be updating again in a month or so.“

“It's a little tight area for parking .But the food was decent I don't know what happened to $5? foot long's. I guess I will chop it up to the economy but other than that everything was okay

“This would be a 5-Star chair if they only took coupons, It's the only Subway close in proximity. Who decides if they take coupons or not?

They do an excellent job at making your sandwich just the way you like. There is a young lady that works there, the only female I've ever encountered there, she has the best attitude and smile I've noticed in a long time. She is very polite, attentive and gives you suggestions that so far have always worked out.Clean, nice smell and they make a great sandwich also“

“I love this subway. They are fast and always busy during lunch hours. The only reason I am giving them 3 stars is because every time I order online I get no sauce or a tiny amount on my sandwich. If I watch them make it and it turns out perfectly. My suggestion is to please stop making the sandwich that people cannot see you making it wrong. We order off the app for a reason.“

“This location is always busy Monday -Friday. This is the cleanest Subway in Memphis. You can literally smell all the slice ingridients thats how you know its fresh. The food taste really fresh go and try it and compare it to other subways. My favorite subs are the cold cut or black ham. Really friendly customer service. Yasmin made my sub today and it was delicious. The manager at this location is really sweet and welcoming. The atmosphere is peaceful and quiet their is no chit chating employees. I recommend this place 100%.“

“This has got to be one of the best Subways I've ever dined in, even the bread was good. Along with a sweet pair of Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies. The artists really did their thing here and provided some excellent service. The #33 was right on point and was way above the average sub.“

“Clean environment as always. Today I bought a salad. No meat just veggies. I enjoy the young lady who assists me every time. Light skinned Low hair style. Don’t forget to get your sauces ahead of time. She did ask and I said no, assuming they still give you those packet dressing. Welp! ? “So after line at McDonald's near by didn't move for 10 minutes I convinced my son to get subway instead. The lady making sandwiches took time to get my son's order right and was super friendly. Whole staff was. Food was fresh, fast, and fabolous!“

The establishment was always clean, I was shocked by the level of clean that I had seen.
The food is bussing, and cheap, as well as healthy.
The atmosphere is very dull, some pop in color, and some decor is needed.
The service is almost awesome, just that most subways in Memphis don't accept coupons.
The parking really needs help, it's available it's just that, it needs a repave.

“The restaurant is clean. I had to ask the server to change her gloves after serving another customer and touching the counter and oven. The salad was good. I had not been here in over five years definitely before the pandemic. I'll be going back because the salad was good and a good price.“

“There were 2 young men working and they did an excellent job. There were customers constantly coming in, and the 2 young men kept the flow steady. Great service!!

“This Subway offers fresh low calorie options. Their staff is very friendly and very quick during lunchtime, no matter how long the line. The oven roasted chicken on Italian Herb & Cheese bread is my favorite! They have many options for toppings and condiments. “Look I'm a simple type of guy and I love this place. I been living next to this subways for 9-10 years so far and been going here off and on. Sometimes everyday or 3-4 times in a weekday even. They been having new staff through the years but there are always the two same workers I have seen ever since I stepped foot into this establishment. They have been nothing but kind/courteous and get to the point of my sandwich/meal, Lol. I always get a flat bread with the grilled white chicken as the meat, orange/white colby(cheddar) shreds being toasted. Than adding lettuce, regular mayo, cucumbers and green peppers and onions and also tomatoes. I use to get black olives but not anymore. Other people who may review this establishment, this specific one here in Memphis,Tn and may or will say it's bad and all that mumbo jumbo, they just do not know how to be kind and stop asking for so much things that they can't give to you. An having a attitude that works in hand of not being kind or patient, be loud and clear(of course) and point to what you would like/love on your meal(I greatly encourage this). Don't give them a hard time, some may be new and training and some not. We are adults and we work, most in food industry like me. I'm a server and have great respect for these workers at this subway. I don't be social with them so they don't know a lot about me like I do with them, but if they saw this review I hope they get a smile on their face. They know/seen my Farther and autistic brother(quite often through the years) if they need that to know who I am, lol.“

“I got 2 Footlong Coldcut on white, store was very clean, staff was very friendly, their customer service skills was on point. They made me feel very welcome like they been knowing me for years lol. I also got my all time favorite oatmeal raisin cookies. I added 2 bags of chips I laughed and talked with them the whole time, it was a great experience. With service and friendliness like this HELL YEAH I WILL BE BACK!!!!!! When I got back to the house, my mother and I enjoyed our sandwiches. Vegetarian options: With the Veggie Sub & all the Vegetables in general. Get what you want, you really don't have to put meat between the bread.

Parking: Winchester Rd and Ross Rd Mini Mall with parking spaces available, lot's of businesses are no longer open so plenty of spaces to park.“

“I came in around 9 pm, and everything was super clean and nice. This was the freshest and highest quality food I've ever seen at a subway, and the 2 people who were working were super nice and helpful (I have severe anxiety and it's hard for me to order, but they made it really easy).Don't be intimidated by all the truckers :-) they're super nice and the workers are super nice, and the whole place was really clean and my food tasted amazing“

“I don't know what that black girls name is but she needs to train All Subway Employees. That girl was knocking 4 subs out at a time not even the same order.
