The main problem with this Subway is not the long wait time due to improper staffing or the rats that literally run around the food area, it is the fact that they don’t participate in the advertised deals. I wanted a 6.99 footlong and was willing to wait a half hour and have my sub have rodent footprints on it but I came here for the advertised deal and I couldn’t get it.

Walked in this morning to get some soup at 10:30am. As I was walking in, there were people walking out angry. As I approached the counter the lady behind the counter very rudely and loudly said "I'm not taking anymore orders". I told her I would just like a cup of soup and she repeated that she wasn't taking orders. When I asked if she would be doing so later she told me maybe. This is the WORST Subway in town with a rotating door of employees with terrible attitudes. The only reason I come here is when I am desperate for food because it is in my building. Whoever owns this franchise needs to spend some in their location because it's terrible! Don't waste your time even going!

This location has very pleasant workers who care about what they are serving for me that's a whole lot ? and I just want to say thanks and keep up that positive work energy it will pay off.I will definitely return to this location great subs fresh.

Kid-friendliness: My son was treated very kindly due to his first time eating subway these ladies were patient with him thanks a lot.

RUDE manager or whoever she is that wears different color hair, she’s rude to guests, loud and curses. She needs to be fired and not be working in this establishment with the type of attitude she has. Her mouth is very smart and I will be reporting her to the district manager. She isn’t very polite to her coworkers either. I’m tired of coming in here on my lunch break dealing with her rudeness and unpleasant attitude.

The young lady she is a fairly new worker is rude. They never have pizzas. I have been going in there for a week and everyday I ask no pizzas? Uuuhhh?

When I go to this Subway, they are always friendly and allow me to get back to work quickly. Nothing else to say about a SUbawy--good food, good price (had to fill 100 characters).

Food is decent. But it's like they went straight to any Memphis ghetto and found the employees. Zero customer service skills. Nothing but too much attitude. You're at work. No one cares about your personal issues. Just make my food.
