My visit to this Subway was disappointing on multiple levels. The lack of ingredients left me with limited choices, and the rude staff engaged in arguments with customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. The overall experience was far from the usual standard expected from Subway, and I would caution others considering a visit.

Came here on Saturday October 21,2023 at 10:00 store was not open. It opens at 9:00. What is wrong with employees these days. Opening up an hour late is unacceptable.

Subway on Thomas Street has good employees but the Arabian manager is very rude to his employees in front of customers I do not like to see people being mistreated take care of your employees and they will take care of you you cannot micromanage everything and thank you for your considerationParking: You won't have any problems parkingWheelchair accessibility: I'm not in a wheelchair but it is wheelchair accessible

I went to this location on January 26, 2023. The Gentleman and Lady Worker that serve me was very kind, and made sure I got my food fast. I decided to tried "The Boss." I added spinach, onions to the sandwich. Of course the pepperoni will always be good. The meatballs on "The Boss" was ok, but probably needed a little bit more seasoning to make it more special. I'm glad that I did added spinach, onions, and salt and pepper to bring a little more flavor from the sandwich.

Bread overly cooked . Not enough meat . I ordered extra meat . Not so tasty as other subways.

This location really need some good employees, because the present ones is not too good. Very bad service!...they seem like they don't want to wait on the customers. They put bread in the oven at 6:10p.m. knowing they close at 7:00p.m. and it takes about 45mins to cook and we had to leave. That's not right. I still decided to wait, but the guy just kept opening up the oven door over and over again just to check the bread. The bread will never get done by doing that., so I just lifted ..I know they were glad that I lefted.. I'll never come to that location again ?

Needs to close down or reboot because this one has something always going wrong to it every time I go in rather the system down,the card reader malfunctioning,or just overall need help.So whoever owns this one must be independent can't be part of a franchise,my honestly opinion ?
