This is the worst subway. While the sandwich artist seemed nice, the cashier had a full chip on her shoulder. I ordered online and ordered a fountain drink on accident. I asked to upgrade to a bottled drink and was rudely denied. I just said to keep the fountain drink and ring up the bottled drink. She did, which ended up being $6.00 for two drinks. Then she shook the tip jar. Now I am a tipper and did tip $5 for the sandwich but why would I tip for someone just ringing up two drinks; especially when that employee was rude. I will not be back and advise others to do the same.

I stood there as the only customer for over 20 minutes while the worker decided it was more important to work on someone's online order. I was just standing there attempting to place my order. It was 4 women in there bo one thought to maybe come help the actual customer standing in their face. There was no greeting, no asking me to hold. Just me standing there. So I left.

Wanted to give zero stars 3 foreign women handled my food. All had bad energy, horrible attitudes, rolling their eyes. I only had time for a quick lunch break and it took forever for them to stop getting smart with other customers. Another customer declined her food and walked away as well. I will not eat here again!

This location is terrible and very unprofessional. I've been disappointed several times before and when it seems to be my only option, it's not. I've put in orders for my lunch break and get there and wait 15 to 20 minutes for them to tell me they don't have pizza or something I had on my order or not having any of my alternative options after waiting 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be taken on other occasions, not to mention this last visit with a million flies flying around the food. I would never return to this location in my entire life. 🗑️

Nasty place floor and tables not clean at all! Omg go look for yourself! The food area was messy but I already prepaid for my order so I just took the L. But next time I’ll choose a different location. GO LOOK OMG!

It's 8:45 on a Monday. They aren't supposed to be closed until 9. The doors are already locked. There are 3 employees standing around, not wanting to service customers.
