We called in our order of 20 subway sandwiches and chips & drinks, it was told a total of $126.00 bucks + taxes over the phone , when we went to pick our order with extra one ?? more order came up to $186.00 bucks , one of employee said that with the drinks as well ?, that was totally confusing ?, so we decided to only take the subway sandwich and chips and buy soft drinks somewhere else instead, nevertheless it is what it is. The fake ceilings had wood grain panels that were very nice and very impressive, never seen that before in Houston, Texas and they had an internet room with couches and end tables, this subway was nice in Memphis,Tennessee, much better than Houston locations ?.

Shop is clean but after multiple visits I am convinced this store puts the same amount of protein and veggies that would go on a 6" on a 12".
You get 12" of bread
Then you get loaded up like a 6" or less.
Every other subway in Memphis puts more on the sandwich.
Every subway I have ever been to in America puts more on the sandwich.
Establishment is shorting customers with a smile on their face while they do it and they still expect a tip.
Give you an example: You want olives on your foot long sub? They will scatter 4 maybe 5 pieces of sliced black olive onto your sandwich and charge you extra if you want more.
Apply that same math to all ingredients available.
Size of bread is the only thing that matches other subway store's portions.
Feels like theft or I wouldn't be writing this negative 2 star review.

This place is clean and the staff is friendly. However, please know that they do not accept coupons and will not change a menu item. For example, I wanted to get a chicken philly sandwich instead of steak. The staff member said the order has to be what is on the menu.

I have been here multiple times as i work near by. Never had any issues until recently. The two or 3 ladies that i have seen there have been absolutely great! Also the older gentleman is also very nice but the young guy is absolutely horrible and the reason i will not be going back to this location! He is rude and when you ask him to check something he has an attitude! One He put cheese on my sandwich and it melted off into the paper, well i asked for more cheese due to that reason and if it werent for the lady adding the veggies on my sandwich he would have scraped it off the paper and added it back on the sandwich!!! Who does that?? This location would be better off without him.

I feel like I'm treated differently. Not sure if it's a sex thing, or a race thing, I just know the smiles and service everyone else gets is different than what I get. Never ask if I want to eat in, never put me before online orders, act like I'm bothering them. It's hard not to take it personal when the person before and after me get great service
There was 5 young foreign workers present they were nice I must admit on a respect level but they rush extremely fast fixing your food to the point you forget about the dressing sauces for your sandwich or salad...they were very stingy when it came to the vegetables for the protein bowls..they need too take there time making everybody food fairly...

Every customer prior to me had to ask for additional condiments for their sandwich because they try to put almost nothing on it. The sad part is this is the only place to eat in the area so they get free business for that fact.

The food was no up to my standards at all. I bought an empanada, one Beef and the other Ham and Cheese and the Ham and Cheese was horrible.
Parking: Trying to park was a hassle for our Lyft Driver!
