7/31/25- 1:00PM. Two people working both speaking a foreign language non stop on their phones which is very rude to me as a customer. They both didn’t stop talking on the phone for the 10 minutes i was there. As the man was making my sandwiches he kept digging INSIDE his ear. At one point (while he was still talking on the phone) he took his glove off, continued to DIG IN HIS EAR with his bare fingers then looked at the gunk he pulled out on his finger. He put another glove on (still talking on the phone) went back to making the sandwhich and that was it for me. I had to walk out. Culturally, i understand these people do not have the same sanitary standards as Americans but this was beyond unacceptable. Talking on the phone and digging in your ears with your fingers while making a customer a sandwich is quite possibly the most disgusting thing I’ve ever witnessed. I encourage everyone to read this and think twice before spending your money here. You can get a better sandwhich elsewhere and won’t have to worry about unsanitary practices from the workers.

The SADDEST excuse for a sandwich maker EVER, this place is shady as heck I walked in to the sandwich maker huffing and puffing and a customer for trying to decide what else he wanted on his sandwich, the line was empty beside him & I so there was no reason for her rudeness it was visible all over her face as she mocked him after every ingredient he asked for, which made me very upset because why come to work just to treat customers like that, THEN the sliver part of pulled up covering all of the meat from being seen, when she put the meat on my sandwich it looked glossy and funny looking… like spoiled meat BUT I’m like NAWL SUBWAY wouldn’t do me like that, BOY WAS I WRONG … I decided to go against my better judgment and continue to order my sandwich… LIKE I FEARED THE MEAT WAS SPOILED, that’s why the sliver part was covering it… and the cashier continued to sweep the trash toward the line while I was currently ordering, they seemed like late teens or early twenties female Indians

I will never eat at this location ever again I was waiting on the employee to fix my sandwich look over at the tomatoes and a whole roach is crawling on top of it I have live video of occurrence yuck ? About two weeks prior I felt sick after consuming a sandwich from this location as well you have been warned

Most of the time I read the review before going to the restaurants here in Memphis. Nevertheless YES these people leaving reviews on this subway is telling the truth. Soon as I walked in this subway they was rude and yes they have a metal cover over all of their meats and they DO NOT LET YOU USE Coupons.I do not recommend this store is at all.

This store is the worst the food will make you sick. The meat is old and they do not wash their hands. Now they have a shield over the meat so you can't see what it looks like. I tried to call and speak with a manager but he was so rude and dumb he kept hanging up on me and I told him I didn't want any money that I was just trying to let him know that his employees need to wash their hands and take better care of the food there. He was stupid he so worried about the receipt and I clearly said I didn't want any money back that all I was doing was making him aware of the situation. Now I keep trying to call and he doesn't want to answer so now that's going to make me pay him and the store a nice visit to see who in the hell did I talk too and who kept hanging the phone up. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION THE FOOD WILL MAKE YOU SICK, YOU WILL VOMIT AND HAVE A TERRIBLE STOMACH PAIN THEN CAUSING YOU TO HAVE DIARRHEA!!!!

I entered and waited in line to hear the staff call a BLK gentleman retarded! I thought I was losing my mind, I asked the lady with nose piercings if she really called him retarded in there with at least 10 customers eating and waiting on food. She began telling me that the guy was being rude, in which I approached the guy and I can tell he may have been delayed some, I asked who did he work for and he called his boss name but didn’t know where he was. I told her she should’ve waited until lobby empty to discuss amongst peers what had taken place. She wasn’t apologetic about customers hearing her or anything. The guy came back to buy something and he was trying to explain his cowrker didn’t understand English. She then says “well at least he works hard” as if the BLK gentleman doesn’t!!!!! Just awful experience the owner needs to let her GO home! Apparently she doesn’t care for BLKs!!!!!!!!!

Lets see, customer service was awful! The young lady behind the counter was on the phone with her friend the entire time. Had to repeat myself many times as her friend was way more important, and the sandwich was poorly made. You should avoid this subway. Any positive reviews i can only assume are
