Used to be great, new staff is incompetent. They don't even attempt to make your sandwich evenly topped, don't check the food for freshness, and don't listen when you talk to them because they're too busy talking to each other. Old, sour sauce, stale bread, soggy lettuce, slimy onions. Third time this place has been awful since new management, will not be going again.

Ordered online for my lunch break at work. Made it to a seated position to prepare to eat and the whole sandwich was missing. The Indian lady with the glasses that works the register was extremely rude! I made a note on my online order for specific chips that were not given and she had an attitude about me requesting to change. She then had an attitude upon my return asking me if I was a dasher and if the food was for someone else. They just need to close this location. The parking is terrible and there’s only one entrance through the mob of solicitors. 0/10 would not recommend… NEVER going again. Much like a previous reviewers experience, the lady will talk about you and point at you right in front of your face while speaking to her employees about you. TOO BOLD for me.

Ever since india ppl bought em out in Memphis they suck.who let's these ppl in here to take over a good business and ruin it..Ive gone to quince forever I'll never eat there again until it's American owned. We aren't 3rd world. This is America and when u go in ,they count every olive,onion etc wtf!!!!! They will not accept coupons at any location. Get em outta here.we aren't India and we work hard here.wake up ppl.we work hard and our taxes go to these ppl that get sh.t Americans can't but it's our tax dollars supporting. Buy American. I'll never go back to any middle eastern owned company in my country. Trump comes in,bye bye.we came first under him and it showed especially when Biden came in and let ppl like them and Hispanics just ruin our sh.t....subway is horrible.
