This place is so RUDE from the workers to the MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE AND NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN! They messed up my order and refused to remake it to the correct order without me paying for a whole new sandwich that i already paid for. The manager talks to you hard and aggressively in your face with no respect! They need new owners and workers ASAP!

Terrible customer service. The owner is rude and is always chewing tobacco. I dropped my food in front on the door and he rudely refused to give me another without paying. I come in here almost everyday for lunch. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I tried their new Subway Series and had The Beast sandwich. When I took a bite, it was okay. The only problem is that have too much mayonnaise. Anyways, I got the footlong but I only ate half of it because I'm on the road trip. Then I decided to eat the other half when I get back home from Memphis.But yeah, this has to be 8/10.

They rudely rejected my coupon which is the only reason I actually came. Claimed to have no manager on site to explain why. Had a jack legged paper taped to the glass saying they only do app coupons. I downloaded the app and it has NO coupons. They did not know how to fix my sandwich so I had to remind them to just follow the sandwich description. They talked bad about me in their foreign language. Food was not good.

I usually tip generously at Subway because a few workers are doing the work of what should be more workers. Today the manager was servicing me and when I ordered a 6 inch sub he bought out a 4 inch piece of bread and started making my sandwich on the 4 inch piece of bread. When I brought it to his attention, he did nothing to offer another piece of bread or a discount on this 4 inch sub so I left no tip whatsoever. After I left, I got to thinking of maybe his 6 inches is 4 inches. My tip to him is if someone order 6 inches give them 6 inches anything short of a real 6 inches just doesn't feel the same.

Poor customer service. Does not greet the guest. Performs cleaning task while guest wait to be served. This was the 3rd time it happened, so I walked out. Totally unacceptable considering I come shortly after opening and most of the time no other guest are present.
